My bachelor project deals with the whole description and possibilities to increase prosperity of trade – construction company Dreksler. On the base of analyse of outside and inside backround of the company I offer a proposal to improve the development of marketing, trade a nd technical activities, financial resources and workers. At the end of my project contribution proposal for the company was implemented.

The thesis called Strategic Analysis of Czech Airlines which completely analyses current situation within the company. It presents theoretical base for such an analysis and subsequently offers situational analysis, which includes the analysis of external environment, internal environment and suggestions for improvement. The thesis includes a complete companys SWOT analysis and offers the applying of Porters five forces framework. The thesis also includes recommendations and suggestions for the competitive strategy.

This thesis deals with renewable energy sources with a focus on the biogas plant as a new form of diversification of farm activities. In the theses is characterized renewable energy source of energy, their development and tools for their support in the European Union and the Czech Republic. At the same time provides the legislative framework for the support of renewable energy sources. Describes the development of biogas plants in the Czech Republic, lists the various types of biogas plants, the principles of their operationn and types of purchase of electricity. The work focuses on the characterization and comparison of two technologically different biogas plants for two years, which are operated in farms. These biogass plants compares between each other by analysis of the costs and revenues related to the production of electricity. At the same time, the thesis analyzed the external and internal environment of these biogas plants

Analysis of competitiveness of the selected company and proposals for its promotion

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the competitiveness of selected company by methods of strategic management, especially the analysis of micro and macro environment. This thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of the terms like competitiveness or strategy management and in this part are also enumerated all kinds of analysis. The practical part refers to the informations from the teoretical part. The practical part contains results of strategic analysis of a selected company. The ending part of this thesis is SWOT analysis and proposals of promotion in selected company.

Rašelina a.s., se sídlem v Soběslavi, jako jedna z organizací ve městě.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného postavení a vztahů společnosti Rašelina a.s. se sídlem v Soběslavi. V teoretické části je popsána základní teorie sociologie a ekonomiky organizací. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na rozbor sociálních a ekonomických vazeb konkrétní organizace Rašelina a.s. V úvodu praktické části je popsána historie společnosti včetně základních prvků transformace ze státního podniku na akciovou společnost. Rozbor současné ekonomické situace společnosti je zaměřen na její pozici na trhu v ČR, rozbor jejích konkurentů a v neposlední řadě na její podnikatelskou strategii. Rozbor sociálních vazeb společnosti je zaměřen na prostředí a management společnosti. Podrobně je definována a analyzována kultura a vnitřní a vnější vztahy společnosti. Rozbor sociálního postavení společnosti je zakončen definováním vztahů společnosti k lokální veřejné správě a k neziskovým organizacím. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny variantní návrhy řešení některých otázek současného postavení společnosti Rašelina a.s.
