Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit ve společnosti PC Dodo s.r.o. Tato práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část je teoretická a je potřebná pro pochopení dané problematiky. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou dané firmy a využívá poznatků z teoretické části. Poslední část se zabývá vlastním návrhem řešení. The thesis is focused on development of business activities in company PC Dodo s.r.o. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and it is necessary to understand the issue. The second part analyzes the company and uses knowledge of the theoretical part.The last part deals with own design solutions.
