This bachelor thesis deals with the plan for a new building of a detached house. The design is two-storey house with residential attic and partial basement. It is to be situated in the district of Letohrad, in the town district Kunčice. The construction is based on the strip footings of plain concrete. The vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made from Porotherm. The wall material is ceramic bricks, the ceilings are folded from beams and brick inserts Miako. The stairs are monolithic, made from reinforced concrete. The roof is gabled and it is made of wooden rafters, with a covering of ceramic tiles Tondach.

The aim of my thesis was to create a detached house on the slope with a flat roof. The object is made from modern innovative technology steel frame modules. Detached house has a partial basement. Basement is from the bricks and serves as the main entrance to the building. In the first floor are located only residential spaces.

The thesis solves a project documentation of detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is uneven rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located office suplies shop with facilities for employees, two garage with workroom and communal room for garden tools. Acces road to the office suplies shop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floor are two independent duplex flats for family of four to five. Object includes terraces and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof with counter dormers. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.

This Bachelor’s work is focused on the study and contract documents of one duplex family house with two dwelling units with artworks shop in Vyškov. The house is partly with a cellar and has three floors. A garage for both the flats belongs to the house too. The building is partly roofed with a single coat flat roof and partly with an aisle roof. The work also includes architectonical drawings, fire approval and technical appraisal of heating the house.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with the preparation of a new detached house with a place of business at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor and a flat roof. The building is situated on steep terrain of the village Krásné Pole. The work puts emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with a project of a new building of the family house with a bookstore. The building has three floors with a basement. The building will be located in the village Haklovy Dvory near city České Budějovice. The building will also function for residential buildings. Apartment in second floor is designed for a four-member family and apartment in third floor for a three-member or four-member family. Spaces of bookstore are available barrier free. The building will also slightly contributes to a better environment owing to green parts of the roof. Other roofs are flat designed. Its architectural design and construction system meets the modern trends in civil engineering and architecture and does not interfere with the surrounding buildings.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project documentation of a detached house with workshop. Detached house is designed for family from three till five members. There are two floors and underground floor – which is under a part of this house. In basement there is a office. Above living part of this house, there is a gabble roof. From second floor we can go to teracce, which is above garage.
