Within last twenty years is has been changed significantly several times. The changes have been intended to contribute mainly to the reduction in the number of exploited sickness leaves, to the strengthening of responsibility of employees, employers and physicians. After 1989 the system faced many legal modifications. This thesis is focused on analysis of the health insurance system in the Czech Republic after year 1989. The theoretical resources of the thesis are human and social rights, social security and its principles. The main segment of the theoretical part of the thesis is a function of the right for social security and a description of health insurance. The exploratory part of the thesis analyses the chosen occurrences relating to the health insurance system problems and thereby it responds to questions asked in the introduction of the thesis. The pilgrimage church of the Holy Trinity at Trhové Sviny

The pilgrimage church of Holy Trinity in Trhové Sviny Abstract This thesis presents a monograph of the pilgrimage church of Holy Trinity near Trhové Sviny. It focuses on its origin, historical background and the benefactors of the building and finally on the artistic value of the church. The work deals not only with a description of the church's architecture, but also looks into patterns and analogies with the Bavarian pilgrimage churches such as the one in Kappel near Waldsassen. Interestingly, the unifying element is the iconography of the Holy Trinity, which is reflected in the architecture and decoration of the church, in frescoes and the mobiliar. This iconographic concept is cleverly thought out, especially in the Trinitarian symbolism of the number three and the triangle motif that is repeated several times here. A valuable contribution is the main altar from Matěj Václav Jäckel, who probably created the church pulpit as well. The frescoes celebrating the Holy Trinity were made by Carlo Bonanelli who worked in the nearby České Budějovice. The church is an interesting result of the unifying principles of Baroque theology with the ultimate art design work. Key competences represent new, open ended form of educational goals. Early education curriculum defined broadly as all educational content (planned, realized and hidden) presents a field of study of this thesis. In this field, a new concept, education for sustainable development, should be implemented worldwide. The question is, how far and how successfully can this concept be introduced in the early education curriculum on the level of educational goals.
