Sedláčková, Jana ; Pavlík, Petr (advisor) ; Linková, Marcela (referee)
The aim of my thesis is to discover how prevalent the sexual harassment by teachers at Czech secondary schools is and how students perceive such described problematic behaviour. In the theoretical section, I describe the history of origin of the term sexual harassment abroad as well as in the Czech Republic. Further, I present its definitions and Czech legislation of this phenomenon. Consequently, the readers will learn about theories of sexual harassment in the academic setting and about findings of some foreign and Czech researches recently held on this topic. Finally, the last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to specific setting of secondary schools with emphasis on the main functions of educational institutions. I also point out consequences of adolescent students' sexual harassment. The empirical part then describes a chosen method - quantitative survey research - and its practical use. After that, the findings are presented and analyzed. Besides the overall occurrence of sexual harassment at Czech secondary schools I also focus on the comparison of this phenomenon perception between boys and girls and also among different types of Czech secondary schools.

Homelesses with regress to the social services
Pouchová, Lucie ; Šťastná, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Pěnkava, Pavel (referee)
This thesis concerns repeated returns of homeless people to social services. The theoretical part focuses on the description and the problem areas of homeless people, cultural-historical development of homelessness in Czech lands - defines the term of social services and discusses the model of work with the target group in Poland. At the end of the theoretical part a Center for homeless people the Bohuslav Bures social services center (BBSSC) Salvation Army is presented, in this way methods of work with the target group are demonstrated, the way of keeping documentation is described and the analysis of the shelter home relevant to the theme of the work are publicized. The research carried out in the practical part looks for factors which have caused the return of the former users of social services. For the purposes of the work the phenomenon of returning is studied in persons, who in the period of 2007 - April 2012 used a shelter home in BBSSC in Salvation Army, left for commercial housing and after their departure they come back to BBSSC within one year as candidates for a social service. In order to find this information semi- standardized interviews were held and analysis of the data was carried out (a study of documentation of personal files). This work finds out the factors which might have...

Podojil, Pavel ; Chalupová, Eva (advisor) ; Chrudimský, Jan (referee)
Title: Fear at vault in gymnastics The objective of my thesis was to do a research and to describe methods for overmastering the fear at vault. To define also the practice differences on the basis of how the vault is taught by the coaches ofgymnastics and teachers ofphysical training. In the theory section, I sketched out shortly the characteristics of the problematical emotions and concepts related with this topic. It was kind of"take-offplatform" for the research. The research has been done with 7 teachers and 7 coaches by a method of an interview. And the interview was then analyzed. ln the following chapters I attended to the history of vault and teaching form.s related with this discipline. I used realized data and compared them with one another and subsequently with the literature. Results: lt was found out that the tutorial approach of the teachers of physical training and the coaches of gymnastics is very similar. The attitude of the coaches is more positive. In case of the teachers dominates the lack of time in the classes of vault. Subsequent insu:fficiency the students have to solve by their own initiative and by private classes. The approach and used methods between the teachers and the coaches are alike. They coincide with the didactic methods and process. Neither the teacher nor the...

Decoration
Velký vliv má dobový styl a vkus.

RECENT DEVELOPMENT OF JELENÍ POTOK BROOK CHANNEL AND FLOODPLAIN
Čermák, Petr ; Treml, Václav (advisor) ; Křížek, Marek (referee)
Recent morphologic development of channel and floodplain of Jelení potok brook (left side tributary of the Opava river) was analyzed in thesis. Anthropogenic-modified channel (more than 80% of total channel length) is distinctively altered by erosional flood-induced landforms (bank failures, flood channels) that were predominantly created during flood in 1997. Some landforms, however, emerged during precedent flood events (1995, 1996). This fact was confirmed by dendrochronological research. An analysis of exposures of alluvial sediments shows higher dynamics of channel shifts in the past, followed by period of fine-grained sediment accumulation. Dating of charcoal deposed in flood-loams (depth 59 cm, age 820±30BP) enables to estimate dynamics of floodplain accrecion. The beginning of floodloams deposition is thus dated to medieval ages. An analysis of landscape cover changes between 1840 - 2002 shows that current forest area (58%) and permanent grasslands (18%) are achieving its maximum extent during last 160 years. On the other side, the extent of arable land (19%) has gradually falled to current miminum area. In long-term period, this fact could lead to channel incision. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Cytomegalovirus infection after kidney transplantation
Reischig, Tomáš ; Třeška, Vladislav (advisor) ; Viklický, Ondřej (referee) ; Zadražil, Josef (referee) ; Pazdiora, Petr (referee)
1 SUMMARY Cytomegalovirus (CMV) disease is a common infectious complication in patients after solid organ transplantation. The last decade witnessed major advances in CMV disease prevention. Use of universal prophylaxis or preemptive therapy resulted in a decrease in the incidence of CMV disease from 20-60% to 5-20%. However, the efficacy of preventive approaches in terms of indirect effects of CMV occurrence is problematic. Association with allograft rejection belongs to well documented and clinically extremely important indirect effects of CMV with a prolonged adverse impact on graft survival. Potential mechanisms include overexpression of major histocompatibility complex molecules, growth factors and cytokines, and upregulation of adhesion molecules. A number of questions remain to be answered in evaluating CMV as a risk factor for acute rejection. While CMV disease is associated with an increased incidence of acute rejection, data regarding the role of asymptomatic CMV viremia are controversial. In our research we evaluated the role of CMV in pathogenesis of allograft rejection in the era of modern immunosuppression and CMV prophylaxis as well as optimal preventive strategy to minimize impact of CMV. In the first trial, renal transplant (RTx) recipients were followed prospectively for 12 months to...
