Theology of Jakob Böhm.
Ondráček, Václav ; Wernisch, Martin (advisor) ; Kranát, Jan (referee) ; Nejeschleba, Tomáš (referee)
This works considers the developments of theological thought of Jacob Böhme (c/a 1570-1624) a German thinker - philosopher and mystic, mainly with respect to the basic theological concepts of God and Trinity. Since these are in Böhme's thinking tightly interwoven with theosophical concepts of nature and creation, these had to be taken to account, too. Böhme's theology is portrayed in its step by step changing form, following the sequence of Böhme's published works, starting with Böhme's primeval intuition of a dual God and twofold eternal Nature and the initial concepts of seven Qualities, over the milestones meaning introduction of Böhme's basic concept of Three Principles and his profound depiction of the Primeval God - using the concepts of Will, Unground, Eye and several others, as far as their mystical consequences in Böhme's last works. In Chapter VII, a view is given of Böhme's attitude to another theological topic, i.e. that of salvation and predestination. These theological consideration are viewed on the background of Böhme's life, considering also various possible interrelations, which his teaching might have had to particular contemporary issues of importance and stating the most important people involved in them. As a conclusion it tries to follow the way of Bohmian thought after the death of...

Mythical paradigms of the avant-garde and its time
Micić, Tatjana ; Glanc, Tomáš (advisor) ; Procházka, Martin (referee) ; Jedličková, Alice (referee)
This paper is trying to present how changes of mythology, in Losev's sense, influenced art, literature and attitude towards poetic language. The study presents the Avant-garde movements in all theirs heterogenic forms, as the art of the period of crises, which appears in European culture and brought big changes in the consciousness of people. By describing an artistic attitude towards space and time we give examples how this new consciousness dealt with the spatial and time relations. Also this paper deals with the universal myths that are shown on the examples of the Avant-garde works of art. The chosen myths should present a desire of the Avant-garde movements to rebuilt, reconstruct and understand the very essence of the language of art and poetry. The Avant-garde art and literature cannot be understood if separated from the time when they appeared. Nevertheless, these movements carry in essence something that is generally characteristic of mythical thinking as well - that is, the periodical, instinctive return to essence and original purity with an aspiration to reconstruct the genetic moment and the act of creating. This phenomenon we analyze through myths that are omnipresent in European and other cultures and which appear in Avant-garde works as well.

The author in his doctoral thesis, proposed primers and conditions optimized design Quantitative PCR for determining the gene expression of MMP-7, TIMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP- second Revealed the presence of gene expression of GAPDH TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in cancer line HT-29 SW480 and SW620. Noted the high level expression of MMP-7 in line HT-29th Expression of the 2-3 orders of magnitude higher than the lines SW480 and SW620. MRNA expression of MMP-2 in line HT-29 noticed. MRNA expression of MMP-2 by the detected lines SW480 and SW620. He found that determining absolute and relative expression in tumor lines is ekvivalentní. significantly higher mRNA expression of MMP-7, TIMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in tumor tissue compared to normal tissue. It can be used in therapy. Noticed the presence of correlation of gene expression MMP-7, TIMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 with survival and DFI. He showed that a higher stage cancer correlated with a higher median momery MMP-2/TIMP-2. 7, Noticed the difference in gene expression between TS, TP and DPD in control and tumor tissue. Scored marginally significant increase in TS expression in colon tumors compared to tumors rectosigmoid and rectum. This finding can be used in treatment decisions. scored marginally significant correlation between the expression of TS and DPD. This finding can be...

Henry of Carinthia as a Czech king in the light of contemporary narrative sources
Razim, Jakub ; Žemlička, Josef (advisor) ; Doležalová, Eva (referee)
The aim of the presented thesis is to show how the personality of Henry of Carinthia was reflected by contemporary narrative sources including primarily annals, chronicles and a court poetry. We focus mainly on his Czech reign in the years 1306 - 1310, which is in our opinion a very controversial topic in the Czech historiography. The picture of this period is strongly influenced by the chronicle of Peter of Žitava who was a great political opponent of the regime established by Henry of Carinthia in the Czech lands. His attitude towards king Henry is therefore remarkably hostile. We suppose that Peter used certain literary pattems, so-called topoi, to describe the personality of Henry of Carinthia, especiaHy those caHed rex-tyrannus and rex-puer that can be commonly found in the medievalliterature. In order to point out similarities between these topoi and the picture of Henry of Carinthia in the chronicle of Peter of Žitava we make use of an anonymous treatise De duodecim abusivis saeculi that was written down in Ireland in the 7th century. A completely different attitude takes on the contrary the court poetry written in the alpine countries that describes Henry of Carinthia as an ideal knight, which is another widespread topos in the middle Ages. Between these two extremes many other historical sources...
