Vavřík, Daniel ; Jandejsek, Ivan ; Jakůbek, J. ; Jakůbek, M. ; Holý, T.
Studies concerning ductile fracture mechanics require information about strain field in vicinity of the crack tip. Although it is a quite common problem new challenges occur when we are interested in strain field in micrometric scale, especially in the situation of mixed plane stress-strain mode in vicinity of the crack tip. Micro-radiographically visible structures of alloys or composites can be utilized as markers for such measurement using method of Digital Image Correlation.

Reconstruction of motion blurred digital photographs
Papež, Michal ; Šroubek, Filip (referee) ; Pelikán, Josef (advisor)
In the present work we study digital reconstruction techniques of photographs that were damaged by simple camera motion during exposition. The work describes and compares procedures of image reconstruction in spatial and frequency domain. Special attention was given to algorithms of inverse filtration type. One of them was modi ed for restoration purpose. Another algorithms for estimating camera movement during exposition and inverse lter adjustment were designed and proposed. The in fluence of noise on the quality of reconstruction was studied. Another task was to design and implement an automatic tool for reconstruction. The proposed algorithms were then tested and evaluated on the base of this tool. Although the quality of reconstructed images is not on the expected level for common undamaged photographs, they should satisfy the requirements for usual technical purposes. Comparing the damaged and reconstructed images the improvement is evident.

Title: Effect of sauna on muscle tone after physical excersise Topic definition: This thesis presents a pilot theoretical - empirical two-factor experiment, where the main subject of the experiment is to evaluate the effect of sauna on increased muscle tension after sport and its potential for use in physical therapy and recovery. Aim of the thesis: To provide a summary of theoretical knowledge related to the subject and to assess the impact of sauna usage on muscle tension occurred after short term maximal anaerobic excercise and compare it with passive rest. Methods: This thesis will be processed at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport on 6 individuals, who will be randomly divided into two equally large groups. The first three-person group will be a research one, the second three-member group will be the control group. Afterwards they will be subjected to a Wingate stress test. The experimental group will participate in sauna treatments and the control group in passive rest. Muscle tension will be measured before the load, after the load, and after the sauna / passive rest. Measurements will take place in a kinesiology lab at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. Measurements will be done by using a myotonometer and the data will be gathered via an analogue-digital converter and...

Piezomotor control
Robotka, Jan ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis aims to propose and implement a control system for a new type of piezomotor with the action elements of MPA for the purpose of measuring characteristics of this piezomotor needed for its use in practice. At the beginning the text processes theoretical data needed for design the control system. The author describes the principle of piezoelectric effect and deals with issues of piezomotors, which are based on this principle. Primarily theoretical knowledge relating to the piezomotor is processed. He also describes the characteristic of microcontroller C8051F015 based on processor core 8051, which is main element of whole control system. His peripherals, which are used in control system, are described more. One of the main parts of the text is design of analog board, which create sawmill course of voltage on piezocrystals of piezomotor. Images are used for description its individual parts. The circuit is controlled by digital and analog outputs of the microcontroller. Another part of the work is focused on communication between microcontroller and PC, which transmits instructions from user using the serial line. Further options of proposed application are shown and important used software components are described. Equally important is program for the microcontroller, which processes incoming messages from PC and manages its digital and analog outputs. In the next chapter is shown design of piezomotor and implementation of prototype the control system. Conclusion of work is devoted to measurement of piezomotor characteristics that shows resolution dependence on frequency, voltage amplitude and vertical pressure. The outgrowth of project, which is elaborated in this work, is the functional control system for the piezomotor with possibility of control through user application on PC. Obtained characteristics of piezomotor will be used for implementation into practice.

Implementation of digital metronome with oversampling in VST technology
Křupka, Aleš ; Přikryl, Lubor (referee) ; Mačák, Jaromír (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis presents solution to requirement of implementation of digital metronome in VST technology. In the beginning, there is analysis of basic characteristics of digital metronome, that helps to suggest algorithm realizing digital metronome. Algorithm is encapsulated into C++ class with appropriate interface, which is suitable for usage in different technologies of digital sound signal processing. This way encapsulated metronome is implemented in VST technology as plug-in. For this reason, thesis contains a brief introduction to VST software development kit, definitions of its basic methods and way how to do graphical user interface of VST plug-in. For realizing of function enabling choice of any sound loaded from wav file, there is a description of RIFF format, that specifies the format of saving multimedia data into drive. Using this knowledge, the function of loading from wav file is implemented. In order to adjust sampling frequency of loaded sound, thesis deals with problems of sample rate conversion and implements resampling function.

Konopáčová, Jana ; Hanzlík, Jan (advisor) ; Hucková, Barbara (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the impacts of the digitisation on running and dramaturgy of single-screen cinemas. The term cinema digitisation stands for a wide range of technological changes which are connected with transition from the classical movie screening provided by a 35 mm celluloid to a new system of digital projection. I set myself a target to assess this transition, to describe running of a digital cinema and to analyse all potential changes in cinema's offer. The practical part summarizes available information related to this area, the analytical part subsequently illustrates operation of two selected cinemas in relation to the hypothesis which are given in the introduction of this thesis.
