Satisfaction with home care

My main goal is to assess the satisfaction of home care patients with provided home care. It is divided in two parts, one theoretical and one practical. In the theoretical part the historical evolution, the modes of providing home care and the legal framework are discussed as related to the broader context of the demographical development in the society, in particular the ageing of the population and the economic conditions for providing health care. The position of home care in the Czech Republic is analyzed in detail in view of the legislation in force. The users of home care are introduced, some attention is devoted as well to field nurses whose work is defined and described in detail. The key feature to determine the satisfaction of patients is the term quality of health care and it is analyzed in connection with the different models of satisfaction as they provide the defining part of the practical part of my work aimed at the survey of the satisfaction homecare patients itself. The methodology of the survey composed of the sampling and the explanation about the assessment technique is included in this part. Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation - an Empirical Study

This graduation thesis is focused on corporate social responsibility (CSR) implementation. First few chapters bring some theory about CSR and about cooperation of companies and non-governmental organizations (NGO's). Another chapters contain project of research and analysis of information acquired from companies that participated in a research. Implementation of CSR in this research is described on the basis of respondent's answers concerning the role of parent firm in CSR of it's daughter companies, responsibility for various phases of CSR, a cohesion of CSR with another company strategies, development of CSR, stakeholder engagement, means of communication, measure of CSR effectiveness and means of NGOs support. The graduation thesis also contains recommendation for NGOs how to cooperate with companies in order to establish longterm partnership with them.

Práce nahlíží na téma ?Technologie Web 2.0? zejména z pohledu tvůrce internetových stránek. Čtenář je nejprve seznámen s klíčovými principy, které mu pomohou přemýšlet o internetových stránkách v duchu Webu 2.0. Dále je uveden stručný přehled webových technologií na straně prohlížeče a srovnání nejvýznamějších webových technologií na straně serveru. Nejrozsáhlejší část práce se věnuje technologii AJAX a objektu XmlHttpRequest. Veškerá funkcionalita je popsána nejprve v teoretické rovině formou komentované dokumentace. Následuje praktická ukázka tvorby kompletní AJAX aplikace včetně ukládání a načítání dat z databáze. Jsou diskutovány výhody a nevýhody AJAXu. Závěrečná kapitola se dotýká vybraných javascriptových knihoven a frameworků.

Mortgage loan

The Diploma thesis is focused on the mortgage loan as a part of national economy. It deals with the main features of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. The objective/aim of this thesis is to analyze the dependence of the mortgage loans on the development of the selected macroeconomic indicators. This dependence will be firstly described theoretically and verified by the statistical methods afterwards. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical characteristics of the mortgage loans. The next part, which deals with the analysis of the mortgage market, is divided into several stages according to the mortgage market development. The third part deals with the macroeconomic importance of the mortgage loans and examines the dependence of the mortgage market development on the selected quantities. The hypotheses expressed in the previous part are verified by using statistical analysis in the last part of this thesis.

This bachelor work "Evaluation and motivation of employees in chosen company" is trying to find out how the motivation and the evaluation of employees is today through a questionnaire and it is also suggesting a helpful solution. The work is divided into practical and theoretical part. First part describes motivation, unwanted motivation, advices how to keep motivation of employees, motivation aiming to content and to process, methods of evaluation of employees and other important terms of this theme. Second part describes feature of the company and its history, motivation program and system of evaluation. At the end is a revaluation of questionnaire research with specific comments.

This work is divided into two sections: theoretical part and experiencial part. The first part is universal for many crises. There are described causes, course of the crisis and implicationes of the crisis. In the second part is described the whole currency crisis in Argentina. At first is described a history of Argentina. Next subsectiones are devote to the causes of the crisis and the situation after the crisis. In the final subsectiones are described relations with IMF, Argentina's currency board and implicationes of the Argentina's currency crisis.

Tématem mé diplomové práce je, jak už název napovídá, světové hospodářství a jeho hlavní vývojové tendence. Cílem mé diplomové práce je postihnout hlavní rysy a tendence vývoje světové ekonom iky a především se pokusit odpovědět na otázku, do jaké míry a jakým způsobem ovlivňuje Česká republika světové hospodářství a naopak, vliv světové ekonomiky na ekonomiku České republiky, protože naše ekonomika je malá a otevřená vnějším vlivům. A samozřejmě zda naše ekonomika může mít či má nějaký význam ve světovém hospodářství... První kapitola je věnována stručně teorii světové ekonomiky, vzniku a etapám světové ekonomiky. Poté následuje úsek věnovaný obecnému vztahu globalizace a regionalizace. Další podkapitola se týká struktury světového hospodářství. Jelikož je to ale velice rozsáhlé téma a vznikla již řada různých publikací, kde je tato problematika velice detailně popsána, opět se tímto tématem nezabývám podrobně, ale snažím se obecně charakterizovat tři centra světové ekonomiky. Implementation of the digital archive in multinational company

The goal of this work was to process the problematic of the digital archive -- implementation of the digital archive into the payroll system include completion analysis of effectiveness. A part of this diploma work includes detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the digital archive used in the company with the international activity, from its benefits till its cost that relate with the implementation of the digital archive. In the work it is described the problematic with the implementation itself in praxis, it is explaining the digital archive from the technological aspect in detail, even from the users side. It is described the process of extensive analysis of the digital archive in the company and comparing with the manual archiving of the data, with the help of the multi-criteria decision making. The goal was to find out if the implementation of the digital archive has got such a proofing value and met the expectation of all ADP managers. For the calculation there was used the method the determination of the weight of certain criteria and the levels of realization. The method was used for analyzing of the benefits, analyzing of the cost came from actual measurable units. Then there were used three methods for the comparison of the costs and incomes: creation of the quotient of costs and incomes, the graphical scheme of costs and incomes and transformation of the costs into incomes and defining the value of benefits. This whole process of calculation was repeated twice. In the first part there were used my own experience and knowledge and the weight was chosen by my opinion. Then In the second part there was used a question-form that was given to the German clients.

Hospodářské reformy v Sovětském svazu (1985 ? 1991)

Cílem této seminární práce je analýza vývoje charakteristik Sovětského svazu během reformního období spojeného s M. S. Gorbačovem. Právě proměně základních atributů sovětského systému se věnuje první část práce. Pro druhou část práce jsem vybral konkrétní reformní kroky sovětského vedení, které měly přispět k obnovení hospodářského rozvoje. U těchto opatření jsou popsána jejich východiska, zamýšlené důsledky a skutečné dopady. Celá práce by tak měla svým obsahem přispět k diskuzi o možnosti reformování sovětského hospodářství i samotného Sovětského svazu. Práce dokazuje, že upuštění od základních znaků sovětského systému spolu se změnami v hospodářství nevedlo k nastolení rozkvětu ekonomiky a státu. Ale naopak výrazně přispělo k celkové destabilizaci, a proto práce dokazuje nereformovatelnost Sovětského svazu i jeho hospodářství.

In this thesis the author deals with the comparision of american alternative business entities according to the law of the state Delaware with the czech "personal business societies". In the body of the thesis there are described the following 3 types of business entities: general partnership, limited partnership and limited liability limited partnership, including the description of its formation and dissolution, the rights, powers, duties and liabilities of the partners. After each section there are compared to the czech Commercial code (Seccions veřejná obchodní společnost and komanditní společnost).
