Classification of heart beats using artificial neuronal networks
Doležalová, Radka ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
This work deals with using of artificial neural networks (ANN) for ECG classification. The issue of ECG and ANN technique are described theoretically at first, the next section describes use of Matlab to design ANN and graphical user interface. ECG data (namely QRST segments from the orthogonal X- lead from seven phases of the experiment) obtained from experiments in isolated hearts of rabbits are used for learning and testing of the classifier. The result of this work is the software with GUI that allows user to set various parameters and structure of ANN. After learning phase, ANN realized in this work able to classify cardiac cycles according to their morphology into seven groups.
Emulator for Intelligent Home End Stations
Brychtová, Hana ; Viktorin, Jan (referee) ; Korček, Pavol (advisor)
This thesis covers design and implementation of an application with a graphic user interface emulating the behaviour of end stations for intelligent home. These devices are used for measuring physical quantities and controlling switches. The application is implemented in C++ using Qt Framework. The final product is an application which provides a simple way of testing in a friendly user interface. The main benefit is in enabling a parallel developement of the server application and the developement of the hardware end station devices.
User Interface for Activity Tracking
Mešár, Marek ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The thesis describes the implementation process of the application intended for activity tracking and its graphic user interface. At the beginning some time management and activity tracking techniques will be briefly introduced to the reader. Some existing software solutions related to this topic will also be mentioned. The next chapter deals with the design phase of project. The two following chapters describe implementation phase of project's data and application layer. The author discusses chosen implementation techniques, some occurred problems and their solutions. Testing phase and its results are described in the last chapter.
Personal Multimedia Library
Koukal, Jan ; Dvořák, Radim (referee) ; Kubát, David (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to get acquainted with specifications of multimedia files and their attributes and study options that can be used for their management too. Further was necessary to focus on already done solutions of similar type from which it was able to inspire and draw on experience. The goal of this work was to design a functional multiplaform application on past experience that will allow effecitve management and browsing of these files and provide user enough of relevant informations. In the next step was application implemented and tested so it represents a fully functional result of the thesis.
Generating of User Interface for Workflow System
Šímová, Kateřina ; Zámečníková, Eva (referee) ; Pospíšil, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis concerns with automatic generation of user interfaces from defined metadata, more particularly generation of user forms. It also enables editing of metadata and reading and saving of user's data in forms. In theoretical part there are discussed terms workflow and workflow systems for which the implemented generator is dedicated. Thesis also discusses options of presentation of workflow data and appropriate technologies that can be used to implementation of given assignment.
Graphic Development Environment of Agent Low Level Language
Kürti, Szabolcs ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design and implement a graphic development environment of agent language ALLL. Language ALLL going to be described in details, such as the ANTLR framework for generating language recognition tools. Theoretical basis of multi-agent systems, together with the features of the selected platform, will be discussed as well. Description of the implementation is followed by the presentation of testing. Closure deals with the discussion of the achieved results.
Mobila Application Supporting Time Orientation for People with Autism
Deák, Jaromír ; Chrápek, David (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of the project is to design graphical user interface, which helps autistic people with time orientation. The devised user interface follows the rules of Structured education. The main components of the mobile application are mobile schedule and digital clock accompanied by a story. Final user interface was tested by real users, who used the experimental application. Developed experimental application has been used for testing by real users. The tests offer important result: under the supervision, the autistic users are able to utilize the application. The utilisation of clock accompanied by a story is partly verified so far. The important finding is, that after some training, the designed and developed application is exploitable for autistic people.
CSS-Driven Java Swing Component
Hvězda, Matěj ; Milička, Martin (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on creating Java Swing component, that can display content of HTML document based on cascade style sheets (CSS). Purpose for creating this component is enabling developers to create graphic user interface with help of CSS in Java without knowledge of Java Swing. For parsing HTML document and CSS is used rendering   engine CSSBox . This engine enables obtaining all the right informations about HTML document and  its styles for displaying this document. Java Swing API was used for implementing this component, for example HTML element is implementented   based on JPanel and all editable elements of form are implemented by fitting Swing component. With component Java Swing driven by CSS is possible to change her size, access to form's editable elements, set up links and their look, etc.
The Use of Means of Artificial Intelligence for the Decision Making Support in the Firm
Jágr, Petr ; Jelina, Pavel (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the use of artificial intelligence as support for managerial decision making in the company. This thesis contains the application which utilize genetic and graph algorithms to optimize the location of production facilities and logistic warehouses according to transport cost aspects.
Possibilities of simulation and optimization of queuing systems in MATLAB
Kakvic, Martin ; Leixner, Martin (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the possibilities of simulation and optimalization of ethernet networks in Matlab interface. Ethernet technology, quality of service and architecture of differentiated services are described in this thesis. Based on these facts, there was created a toolbox. This toolbox allows to create a dynamic network, which can be configured via using GUI. In the end of the thesis, there are shown results of the simulation of networks, which is running in created program.
