Attitudes of Agricultural Entrepreneurs to Comprehensive Land Adjustments
Petroušková, Barbora ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (advisor) ; Květoň, Pavel (referee)
Aim of bachelor thesis is to design the landscape measures that are consistent with sustainable development, on selected cadastral territories in the catchment area of Trnava. In addition, will be also found attitudes of the agricultural organizations to proposed amendments to the land that they own or lease. The proposed landscape measures will seek to restore the fundamental ecological functions of the landscape, especially the stabilization of the water regime, restore biodiversity and lay the foundations for a high quality of life in the landscape. In the theoretical part defines the terms landscape, landscape character, elements of the landscape, ecological stability, land management, agricultural, its development and impact on the landscape, landscape adjustment, land adjustment and territorial system of ecological stability. The practical part describes the selected area - Cadastral territories Hořepník and Košetice, also presented farms - Agrodam Hořepník Ltd. and Agropodnik Košetice, Plc. Proposals landscape measures are designed with an emphasis on stabilization and drainage conditions and improve biodiversity of the landscape. With using Quantum GIS are measures drawn into the map. In an interview with agricultural entrepreneurs will be questions aimed at comprehensive land adjustment in general, on the proposed land adjustment and their willingness to embrace change. Of obtained responses by the interviewed subjects, we can state that depends only and only on the interests of farmers and sophistication of man, what is the view of the problems of land adjustment. Unfortunately, it is well known that the farmers of these arrangements often look very negatively. Comprehensive land adjustments complicate their work, but they are necessary; therefore, to look for tools those farmers attitudes have changed. These tools include a change of subsidy policy, attitudes of insurance, the influence of the local community, education and enlightenment of the company. On the basis of findings can be said that as land adjustment, which are currently implemented, are adapt rather to the needs of farms. In my view, however comprehensive land adjustments be in the public interest to implement consistently. In order to reach the target condition, it is necessary to create tools to accelerate progress.

DOT.COM BUBBLE, CAUSES, CONSEQUENCES, PRESENT
Cakl, Martin ; Titze, Miroslav (advisor) ; Pfeifer, Lukáš (referee)
Topic of this thesis is crisis which has developed in year 2000. Thesis is divided into two main fractions and then into multiple sub chapters. First part is focused on theoretical basis on which thesis later develops. Second part analyzes causes and implications dot.com crisis had and finally uses the same analysis for current situation at internet market segment. Thesis argues that main causes of the bubble were analytics, speculation, monetary policy and overall positive environment towards investing into internet companies. Furthermore thesis implies, that there might be another bubble arising as internet companies, especially so called social media companies, have highly overvalued stock prices and thus might cause downfall upon eventual correction.

Noise pollution on the farm for breeding goats and neighborhood.
TÁCHA, Lukáš
The bachelor thesis is aimed at assessing the farm for breeding goats in terms of noise level in the neighborhood. The main objective was to measure the noise during the working operation at different places of the selected object, to process the collected data, to calculate the equivalent noise level and then evaluate the results of the work. On the basis of measured and assessed values is apparent that the noise pollution of the examined object has no effect on its neighborhood and therefore it is not necessary to propose any specific actions to improve the current situation.

Optimalizace metod hormonální indukce ovulace u hospodářsky významných druhů ryb
ŠVINGER, Viktor William
Extensive asynchrony of sexual maturation is characteristic of salmonid females, and, for various reasons, the spawning season can be extended for 4 months, although it generally extends over a 3 week to 2 month period, as in brook trout and northern whitefish. In aquaculture, to ensure high fertilization and egg survival rates, it is recommended that identification of ovulating females be undertaken at least twice weekly. This is time-consuming when keeping large numbers of broodstock with an extended spawning season, and risk of stress damage to fish increases. Ensuring sufficient Arctic grayling broodstock relies on capture of wild animals from natural waters before onset of the spawning season. Capture and long-term holding of wild stocks is associated with high pre-spawning mortality. Due to the high ovulation synchronizing effect, GnRHa is practical for induction of ovulation 1?1.5 months prior to the natural spawning season. This work focused on optimization of methods of hormone-controlled reproduction using GnRHa in brook trout, northern whitefish, and Arctic grayling from Siberia. Because this is the first report of use of GnRHa in these species, emphasis was on optimization of the hormone dose and delivery method along with assessment of effects of GnRHa treatment on postspawning broodstock mortality, egg size, and egg viability. As in other salmonids, GnRHa treatment effectively synchronizes the onset of ovulation in brook trout and northern whitefish. This gives accurate information about ovulatory status of the broodstock and enables planning of the stripping schedule. The most convenient methods were the double acute injection at 25 ?g.kg-1 ?-Arg6,Pro9-NHEt-sGnRHa administered 3 days apart and injection of 25 ?g.kg-1 of emulsified ?-Arg6,Pro9-NHEt-sGnRHa in Freund´s incomplete adjuvant, which prolongs and more effectively stimulates LH secretion and requires only a single injection. Double acute injection at 10 ?g.kg-1 of ?-Tle6,Pro9-NHEt-mGnRHa (Supergestran) was sufficient to induce ovulation in Arctic grayling 1?1.5 months prior to natural spawning, and enabled accelerated stripping and return of wild broodstock to their natural habitat. Single acute injection proved to be ineffective or unreliable in most cases and therefore cannot be recommended. No negative effect of GnRHa or GnRHa-FIA treatments on post-spawning mortality of broodstock was observed. It has to be noted that that to the extent of law Nr. 166/1999 statute book (Czech veterinary law)injective procedures can be carried out just by the veterinarian or by a verinarian-authorized person in veterinarian presence. GnRHa treatment has side-effects and alters egg quality. Apart from in brook trout, egg survival was significantly lower (5?20%) in treated females. Increased hormone dose did not influence egg survival at the levels tested. Egg and hatchling size was lower in treated females compared to untreated specimens irrespective of dose or hormone delivery method. Reduced egg size is, however, not the likely source of reduced viability. In general, our results corroborate results of studies dealing with assessment of effects of hormone treatment on egg quality. Based on current experimental designs it is impossible to identify the cause of the side-effects with certainty. Solving this problem should be priority for future research.

Health Hazard Assessment of Factors of Work-Related Conditions in Sugar Beet Processing Facility
KŮRA, Tomáš
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the health risks of working conditions factors of certain facility. The other objective of this thesis was to propose preventive measures to protect health when working and to categorize individual works. In the case of sugar beet processing equipment there are two risk factors. The employees are affected by the risk factors of noise and psychological burden. Three research questions were established: 1. Which of the working environment factors dominates? 2. Do the risk operation activities predominate? 3. Is the level of working environment factors over limits? This thesis was prepared using qualitative research methodology, particularly secondary analysis of data which is based on the study of literature, legislation and vocational background to this issue. Also the observation methodology was used, concretely disinterested and obvious observation. In the theoretical part I focused on risk factors which occur in the sugar beet processing equipment and on the assessment of health risks. Then I focused on the technology of sugar production. In the practical part I assessed the health risks of selected work environment factors. The evaluation was carried out according to the procedures set out in Government Regulation No. 272/2011 Coll. and in Government Regulation No. 361/2007 Coll., as amended. I compared the measurement results with the health limits set out in Government Regulation No. 272/2011 Coll., which sets the safe limits for noise and vibration. After comparing with hygienic limits I ranked the individual professions in categories according to Decree No. 432/2003 Coll., as amended. Based on the practical part the above-mentioned research questions were answered. Noise is the dominant factor in the working environment in the sugar beet processing equipment. We mean the noise which is variable. Technological facilities are the source of noise. Risky works occur in the mentioned devices but do not predominate in the operation. The level of the noise factor in the work environment is above the limit for certain professions. These include the following professions: sugar beet equipment operation, roots lines operation, operation of washing machines, cutting machines operation, operation of centrifuges and brewer. The factor of psychological load was evaluated according to specified criteria. Given that this is a seasonal job in the winter, the positives outweigh the negative effects of mental stress factor. Currently, when the unemployment rate rises, people appraise for each job opportunity. This Bachelor's thesis can be used in practice to raise awareness of the health risks connected with working conditions influences in the sugar beet processing equipment. It can serve as a source of information for both employers and employees and also provide a basis for further research.

Mutlifunctional electronically adjustable KHN filters
Harsa, Jan ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Šotner, Roman (advisor)
In the bachelor thesis some types of KHN filters are analyzed and presented. Filters contain various active elements and they works in the current, voltage and hybrid mode. Great attention is paid to the so-called diamond transistor, which may represent different functional blocks (amplifier with current feedback link, transconductance amplifier and current conveyor) in these circuits. Attention is also paid to the possibility of tuning the filter, which consists in changing the characteristic frequency and quality factor independently. Tuning is achieved by using electronically tuneable active blocks such as voltage controlled operational amplifiers or analogue multipliers. Adjustability is also realized by tuneable passive components (potentiometers). Circuits are tested using the simulation program PSpice. Simulations are performed with professional macromodels, such as model OPA860 or VCA610 (Texas Instruments). In the thesis are results for sensitivity and tolerance analysis, which were gotten with third-level models. The optimization is also resolve for parameters of tuneable filters. The characteristics of the filter operating in voltage mode were verified by measurement.

The medias influence on the physical appearance of the North Bohemian Region inhabitants
HOLUBOVÁ, Pavla
Bachelor thesis called: Influence of Mass-media on Physical Appearance of people in the Ústí Region{\crq}q is focused on importance of physical appearance of (post)modern individual and increasing influence of media in the society. Theoretical part concentrates on subject of media, commercial advertising and physical appearance, and provides basic information on target area (The Ústí Region) which represents basic database for target population. Collection of primary data was carried out by quantitative research. Then, secondary data analysis: content analysis of documents, and interrogation method: questionnaire technique, were used. Content analysis of documents draws from literary sources, Internet documents, magazines and memoirs. The questionnaire was anonymous; it comprised of combination of in total 27 open a closed questions. Introductory questions were focused on general information on a respondent, following ones concentrated on influence of media (advertising, Internet, TV, etc.) on physical appearance of people in the Ústí Region. The objective of thesis was to find out if younger age categories were more influenced by advertising (media) at perception of their own look, mainly when they used products (creams, slimming products, diets,{\dots}) or services (manicure, hairstyling, fitness,{\dots}) supporting better physical appearance, than higher age groups. Hypothesis of the work: Influence of mass-media on physical appearance of people in the Ústí Region falls with age, assumed that younger age categories were more influenced by media than higher ones. The research, however, showed that majority of respondents was convinced that at examining their own appearance they were not influenced by media. It was, nevertheless, found out that the age category most influenced by commercial advertising (media) was just the category of respondents between 18th to 29th year of age. Most respondents state that they do not examine their appearance comparing themselves with celebrities in media and do not use make-ups and aids or products improving their look under influence of commercials or media. During processing of the results it became clear that there was a significant difference between men and women in being influenced by commercial advertising, or in using various make-ups or services improving their look. Since the thesis was not focused on research from respondent{\crq}s point of view, this kind of division is not part of its outcomes. The influence of media on physical appearance of people is interesting not only from sex, but also from age point of view, because current advertisement has, to a certain degree, impact on perception of physical appearance of respondents in different age categories.
