Analysis of colapse of family house during the house building

One of the first point was to create drawings of a projected state before collapse from photos that I had. The project is aimed on causes and reports of fallen wall, then results are compared with software results. The project solves also reports of gable walls that were intact. I solve temporary options of bracing for these walls, compares each variants while trying to ease and the low cost of solution. The result is recommendation how to prevent collapse of the structure.

Bachelor thesis contains selected parts of the building and technological studies for building an educational center in ENVI Vysoke Pole. That the processing of documentation is primarily a technological study of the implementation of the main technological stages for the specified object, time and financial plan construction, the basic concept of building operation, itemized budget with bills of quantities, technological regulation for the implementation of the double-skinned walls, security measures for the implementation of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling and control test plan.

The subject matter of my Bachelor thesis is the project of a new single-family detached house. This object has one above ground and one underground floor and is covered by a flat tripled-coated roof. An integral part of a large terrace with garden pool accessible from both the dining room and the living room is in 1S. Vertical load-bearing and non-bearing structures are designed from walling system Heluz. The horizontal structure is designed with a combination of beams POT ceramic inserts and reinforced concrete structures. The building is based on the monolithic concrete strip of concrete C 16/20. Despite the footings of reinforced concrete is a concrete base slab thickness. The project emphasizes the layout plan, thermal technical properties and safety in use.

The Bachelor´s thesis solves a design of the family house. The family house will be in village called Těšetice, in the cadastral municipality "Těšetice u Olomouce". The main construction system are walls constructed from Ytong porous concrete blocks, insulated by mineral insulation from stone-made fibers. The building is partly covered by shed roof with gradiet 5°and partly is covered by flat roof.

The aim of the project is a new building of a detached house with watchmaker’s premises in the cadastral area Vyšehoří, district Šumperk. The house is a detached one in existing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has three floors. In the basement, there are the premises which consist of a repair service, shop, garage and technical hinterland. First above-ground and the attic are going to be used as living area. There is an oblique ridge roof with a dormer, on one side, which is aisle-roofed. The house has an ante-terrace from which there is a possible access to the terrain. The building site is situated on a south-west slope.
