Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu. Tento objekt má jedno nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží, je zastřešen pultovou tříplášťovou střechou. Nedílnou součástí je velká terasa se zahradním bazénem přístupná jak z jídelny tak i s obývacího pokoje v 1S . Svislé nosné i nenosné konstrukce jsou navrženy ze zdícího systému Heluz. Vodorovná nosná konstrukce je navržena kombinací nosníků POT s keramickými vložkami a železobetonové konstrukce. Objekt je založen na monolitických betonových pásech z betonu C 16/20. Přes základové pásy je vybetonována ŽB podkladní deska. Návrh klade důraz na dispoziční řešení, tepelně technické vlastnosti a bezpečnost při užívání. The subject matter of my Bachelor thesis is the project of a new single-family detached house. This object has one above ground and one underground floor and is covered by a flat tripled-coated roof. An integral part of a large terrace with garden pool accessible from both the dining room and the living room is in 1S. Vertical load-bearing and non-bearing structures are designed from walling system Heluz. The horizontal structure is designed with a combination of beams POT ceramic inserts and reinforced concrete structures. The building is based on the monolithic concrete strip of concrete C 16/20. Despite the footings of reinforced concrete is a concrete base slab thickness. The project emphasizes the layout plan, thermal technical properties and safety in use.
