Sýkora, Zdeněk ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on designing the lifting device for motorcycle used in workroom. It includes recherche, functional and strength calculation of scissor mechanism. Maximal burden is 400 kg and maximal lift is 800 mm. This thesis includes drawings.
Mobile Lift Table Capacity 500 kg
Stöhr, Roman ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on functional and strength calculation of the scissor mechanism of lift table with dimensions 700 x 1000 mm, capacity 500 kg and with required lift height 1100 mm. The aim of this work is development of drawings of the overall assembly and some manufacturing drawings.
Alternatives of lifting platform
Machala, Petr ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of a platform lift with a mechanical drive, load capacity up to 3 000 kg and maximum height in folded state 250mm. In this work a suitable variant of stroke mechanism and analysis of the use of selected options of mechanical drives is selected. In the next part the appropriate calculation of the mechanisms regarding the chosen dimensions and loads is elaborated. In the end the technical possibilities of both variants are evaluated and compared. The output of this work is the assembly drawings of the platform lifts for both types of drive.
Material Handling Platform
Bábek, Tomáš ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on constructional design of workshop handling platform which is driven by linear hydraulic motor. First the types of gripping of linear hydraulic motor are described. Next part contains drafted solutions of handling platform construction. Important part of thesis is composed of statistical computing of machinery parts and their strenght computations within the frame of designed proportions. Afterwards the bearings are chosen according to thickness of shaft and the hydraulic motor and the diagram of hydraulic circuit are designed. At last controlling computations are done and assembly and weldment drawings are created.
Material Handling Platform
Šrajer, Jan ; Řezníček, Milan (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The thesis is focused on functional design workshop handling platform, which has a capacity of 2500 kg, dimensions platform 1200 x 1600 mm, stroke of 1 m and is made by linear hydraulic motor. The goal is to select a suitable variant of the platform and perform static and strength calculations of the individual components, to design the linear hydraulic motor and hydraulic circuit design diagram.
Design of lift positional table
Vajmar, Jan ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the design of a lift positional table for loads of a weight 750 kg and stroke positional table 1000 mm. At the beginning of the work is a brief analysis of the problems of lift positional tables and choice of design solutions. In addition to addressing the drive tray pallet on the table using the roller track. It addresses the dimensions of the scissor mechanism, its load, stress control and design of the actuator stroke. The work also includes drawings.
Material Handling Platform
Bíza, Pavel ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The main subject of this thesis is the construction design of material handling platform with hydraulic drive with a loading capacity of 2 500 kg and lifting capacity of 1 800 mm. First of all, the thesis contains the selection of a suitable variant of lifting mechanism, static analysis and determination of the maximum load of the mechanism. The next section includes strength calculations of particular elements of the mechanism with regard to selected dimensions and loading. In the end, the calculation of the hydraulic drive and design of a hydraulic circuit for this drive are presented. The final output of the thesis is a drawing of the assembly of the platform.
Scissor Lift Table Mechanism
Grygařík, Václav ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on functional and strength calculation of the scissor mechanism of lift table with dimensions of working cage 1 600 x 750 mm, capacity 250 kg and with required lift height 6 m. The aim of this work is development of drawings of the overall assembly, drawings of the subassemblies and development of the manufacturing drawings.
Hoisting design of equipment for aircraft
Bureš, Martin ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis has solved the design of mobile air handler equipment. The content is the choice of an appropriate technical solution and implementation mechanism for the static analysis of network elements. Furthermore, the design of dimensional and material parameters of the main equipment parts, which are controlled by strength calculation. Another goal is to provide hydraulic power for mobility and security. The Manipulator allows lifting the maximum weight of 525 kg to a height of 1700 mm.
