The proposal of the evaluation system of employees in a manufacturing company

The thesis deals with the evaluation of workers in a particular organization. The aime is to optimize the ongoing assessment processes and to design the complex evaluation system for the entire enterprise. An analysis of the current evaluation processes was conducted, as well as interviews and consultations with the personalist and other employees. The practical part contains the result of the investigation and the specific draft of the evaluation forms. The conclusion is the summary of the results and it also evaluates how the objectives were met. The conclusion deals with the possibilities of using the proposed system in practice.
Determination market value of company

The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate selected company as a whole for its inner purpose. This purpose allocate category value, respectively determination of venture?s market value, which is most often defined as estimated amount for shift assets to the date of evaluation among optional and independent partners. Theoretical part of thesis qualify theoretical problem frame of company valuation. In this part of thesis essential key words, factors and value categories are defined. Part of the problem is also strategic and financial analysis and projection of future reports or financial plan. Last part deals with methods of valuation itself ? methods based on revenue analysis, market and assets. For evaluation purpose has been chosen company BRÁZDA-AUDIT, a. s., which deals with experts activities in field of economics.
Efficiency of investment in water management areas owned by towns and municipalities

This assessment will be used well-established method and the result will be determined by comparing their outputs.
Change in the rating of european countries in connection with the debt crisis

This paper deals with the rating with a focus on finding the main causes of changes in the rating during the debt crisis in Europe. The first chapter describes the main characters, types of rating and differences between the rating and other evaluation methods. Next part of this paper is about the world-wide rating agencies. In the end I analyze changes in ratings on the specific examples of European countries, on which had the debt crisis the greatest impact.

Thesis "The evaluation of employees in the organization" is focused on the evaluation of employees in a particular company. For a practical demonstration of the system of evaluation chosen MOTOR JIKOV Fostron. The aim is to improve and streamline the current evaluation system. The first part is devoted to-theoretic definition of basic concepts and relationships of the issue, a brief description of methods, forms, objectives and criteria, which the company manages the evaluation. In the practical part of the analysis system, which consists of three steps. The first step is to analyze the current system of evaluation and determine whether, when compared with the theoretical knowledge everything works as it should. Another important step is finding the work of employees view the current rating system and their satisfaction with the evaluation. Based on the results of analyzes are in the final step, evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation system. Finally, work is to propose changes to improve the evaluation system.

The aim of this paper is to determine the objectified value of the company Tescan, a.s. based on publicly available information as of January 1, 2012. The methodology section describes the basic process of valuation, methods and procedures. Theoretical knowledge from this section is applied in the practival section. This includes strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan, setting the DCF valuation method in the variant FCFF and its use. The conclusion contains a statement of the value of the company.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is appraisal of employees in the collection company. The aim is to analyze the present system of the appraisal of employees. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge gained by studying literature. In the practical part I will try to analyze system of the appraisal of employees in the collection company and I try to describe what methods are used, how often the appraisal occurs and which form is used to inform results to employees. In the final part after analyzing the strengths and weaknesses I suggest equipment which will improve the evaluation process.
Real estate evaluation, the comparison of market and administrative approach to house evaluation

The thesis deals with the comparison of an administrative and market approach to real estate evaluation. A theoretical part covers an explanation of essential terminology used in evaluation process and describes individual evaluation methods. A practical part demonstrates an evaluation of a price of a detached house by the administrative approach; its market price is estimated by the means of cost, comparison and revenues methods. All the outcomes are summarized and mutually compared in the final part of the thesis.
Evaluation of the attractiveness of tourist destinations in South Bohemia.

The aim of this work is a sophisticated appreciation of spatial aspects of the attractiveness of tourist destinations in the South Region. The work is both classical methods for assessing the attractiveness of potential destinations and tourist areas for its use (index method) and modern methods of spatial data analysis, along with its processing in GIS (spatial models, overlay operations, etc.). Custom analytical section should serve to follow the recommendation for the (sustainable) tourism development in the area.
