Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení objektivizované hodnoty společnost Tescan, a.s. na základě veřejně dostupných informací k 1. 1. 2012. Metodologická část popisuje základní proces ocenění a metody a postupy. Teoretické poznatky z této části jsou posléze aplikovány v praktické části. Ta obsahuje strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu, sestavení finančního plánu, stanovení metody ocenění DCF ve variantě FCFF a její použití. Závěr práce obsahuje výrok o hodnotě společnosti. The aim of this paper is to determine the objectified value of the company Tescan, a.s. based on publicly available information as of January 1, 2012. The methodology section describes the basic process of valuation, methods and procedures. Theoretical knowledge from this section is applied in the practival section. This includes strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan, setting the DCF valuation method in the variant FCFF and its use. The conclusion contains a statement of the value of the company.
