Následuje podkapitola zkoumající strukturu domovního a bytového fondu a bytové výstavby, na kterou navazuje hodnocení ekonomické aktivity obyvatel této městské části. Na závěr přidávám vyhodnocení perspektivy budoucího vývoje, kde využívám metody SWAT analýzy.

Planet Earth – Global Batch Bioreactor.
Hanika, Jiří ; Šolcová, Olga ; Kaštánek, František
Planet Earth, precisely speaking its surface shell, might be considered as a huge, multiphase, batch, biochemical reactor heated by Sun, whose energy is a unique resource. The Sun ensures our earthly life uncondicionally; moreover, it compensated the heat losses of the land, water and ice by radiation emitted from the Earth surface to its surrounding space at night. It is evident that in this macro-reactor the complex transport phenomena occurs in phases;involving mass, heat and momentum. Obviously such a responsive batch system can be only limited by resouces of carbon materials utilized in energy produstion for industrial and chemical processes.

Some remarks on the variance in Markov chains with rewards
Sladký, Karel ; Sitař, Milan
We consider a discrete time Markov reward process with finite state space and assume that the rewards associated with the transitions are random variables with known probability distributions and finite first and second moments. We are interested in properties of cumulative reward earned in the subsequent transitions of the Markov chain. Explicit formulas for expected values and variance of the cumulative (random) reward are obtained for finite and infinite horizon models.

Moral Hazard of Humanitarian Intervention: Case Study Kosovo
Kodrazi, Suzan ; Lehmannová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Veselý, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pelikán, Jan (referee) ; Vávra, Přemysl (referee)
The main ambition of this doctoral thesis is to contribute to the development of interdisciplinary application of the concept of moral hazard developedin economic and insurance theory to the context of the inter-state conflicts with potential international intervention. The basic theoretical framework used in the thesis is derived from the concept of moral hazard of humanitarian intervention by Alan Kuperman who claims that the newly established norm of humanitarian intervention may well have unintended negative consequences. Kuperman argues that if the mere existence of insurance creates sufficient incentive for the insured to modify their behavior to the extent that they engage in the riskier behavior due to the fact that they are insured against the consequences of their actions, the rebels may well optimize their behavior in the same way. Currently, the transfer of the moral hazard theory to the context of interventions is hindered by a number of existing obstacles stemming from the differences in these areas. This thesis concentrates on reduction of three main identified drawbacks and addresses them by formulating three main research questions and derived hypothesis. The aim of this approach is to examine the limits of application and create the space for development of the concept of moral hazard of humanitarian intervention in the future research. (1) What is the interpretation potential, value added and limits of application of economic theory of moral hazard to the context of humanitarian intervention from the theoretical perspective? Hypothesis 1:The concept of moral hazard represents an efficienttool for evaluation of humanitarian intervention. (2) What is the potential of causal mechanism established by the Kuperman´s hypothesis to explain the reasons why in certain cases the state decides to escalate the inter-state conflict despite the public threats of intervention at a general level of research? Hypothesis 2: The threat of intervention causes the escalation of the inter-state conflict. (3) To what extent does Kuperman´s hypothesis modified to the conflict in Kosovo correspond with the actual state of affairs and their development? Hypothesis 3: The threat of intervention NATO/USA caused the escalation of conflict in Kosovo.

Development and Transformation of Air Transport on the Territory of the Russian Federation: Geographic Aspects
VLČKOVÁ, Alžběta
This bachelor thesis deals with development and transformation of air transport in Russia. In the theoretical part, work is focused on general introduction with a brief history of air transport sector, its importance in the world and in the Czech Republic and its main features, the theoretical part elaborates the importance of air transport and the current trends in aviation industry on the territory of the Russian Federation. In the practical part is analyzed domestic and international air transport in Russia in 2005, 2010 and 2014. In reference periods, the results of the research offer a specific perspective on development and status of domestic and international air transport in Russia. The bachelor thesis is supplemented by tabular, graphical and map attachments.

Temperature Inversion and Heat Transport Against the Temperature Drop in Two-Phase Convection of Cryogenic Helium
Urban, Pavel ; Schmoranzer, D. ; Hanzelka, Pavel ; Skrbek, L.
In the system of two bodies A and B connected by a two-phase vapour-liquid system consisting only of cryogenic helium, we observed anomalous heat transport from the colder but heated body B to the warmer but cooled body A. We noticed this effect during the process of liquid evaporation inside a cylindrical pressure convection cell used for study of Rayleigh-Bénard convection. This anomalous heat transfer occurs under non-equilibrium conditions, owing to the phase transitions that take place inside the cell while temperature inversion develops between the heated but cooler bottom plate and the cooled but warmer top plate. This process is, by virtue of the system being open with respect to heat transport, in no contradiction to the second law of thermodynamics, and a numerical model was formulated that describes the observations with good agreement.

Transition from the saltation mode of bed load transport to the rolling mode
Lukerchenko, Nikolay ; Ivanova, Irina ; Chára, Zdeněk ; Vlasák, Pavel
The paper deals with the sediment transport of sand particles conveyed by water in an open channel. A 3D numerical model developed by the authors was used for simulation of the sand particles movement in the channel with rough bed. Similarly to Shields theory of sediment transport incipient motion of the bed load particles the shear stress for the transition process from saltation mode to rolling mode can be defined. The shear stress value can be determined as a function of two dimensionless parameters, particle parameter and equivalent bed roughness. The particle parameter is a function of the particle size and density, and the carrier liquid density and viscosity. The presented numerical solution reveals that the shear stress for the transition process from saltation mode to rolling mode is less than the shear stress for the incipient sediment motion and depends on channel bed roughness.
