The cost calculation of new solution is included. Master’s thesis also included program solution of SPC methods and application of it to the process of testing the selective circuit breakers.
Design and Simulation of Micro-Bolometer in MEMS Technology

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá problematiku detektoru infračerveného záření nazývaného bolometr. Cílem je pokrok v detekci infračerveného záření použitím odlišné absorpční vrstvy modifikovanou karbonovými nanotrubicemi. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní fyzikální pojmy z problematiky teplotního managmentu a základních fyzikálních vztahů bolometru. Design bolometru je představen a popsán. Teplotně mechanické simulace předvídají chování bolometru při detekci infračerveného záření. PSpice model je vytvořen a kombinuje termální a elektrické vlastnosti čipu bolometru. Dále je uveden proces výroby bolometru, které je detailně popsán.
Rationalization of production of digital receiver

This diploma thesis deals with topics related to optimalization and increases quality production in the electronics industry. Project purpose was to analyze process production manufacturing digital receiver in specific situation applied upon multinational company. Main part mine work was build-up FMEA analysis and creation control plan production line. For optimize production flow was application method lean production and for department material supply method KANBAN. This diploma thesis has been written within cooperation of Celestica Ráječko company where I have picked up data and knowledge to above-mentioned topic.
Analysis of production process completeness of switchgears

This thesis introduces company ABB Brno and its products. It describes the manufacturing process of a switchgear and it is focused at working procedures at particular points of the assembly line. The main part analyzes the root causes of the incompleteness of switchgears in the relation to the components availability. Time footprint was worked out. As a conclusion the proposal of changes in manufacturing process to improve the level of completeness are stated.

Furthermore specific problems which have come up during sampling are discussed. Twards the end you can find the calculations of the ammount of time per piece, the total production time and energy consumption.
Analysis and optimization of the production system using computer simulation

This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of the creation of a simulation model followed by dissimulation of this model, and finally optimalization of the system using the results of the simulation. The aim is to clarify basic terms about production with consequential usage of simulation models and their application in the production proces. Next, the creation of the simulation model in the simulation software Factor/AIM is explained and illustratively demonstrated. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with theoretical information about the production proces, division and creation of the simulation model and it analysis this model with the purpose of finding narrow places and suggesting its optimalization. This simulation proces is simplified version of the manufacture of seamless pipes.
Optimalization of the machining technology

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of technological process of manufacturing the component „Těleso Kola“ on the turning lathe SV18RA and on the newly bought CNC DOOSAN PUMA 2600 SY. The company LMR s.r.o. which manufactures the part is introduced in the thesis. There are both machines and technological procedures described in the thesis. The goal of this task is comparison of the technological processes from the machine time point of view and consequently economical evaluation.

Technological design of a manufacturing process modernization

The topic of this thesis is to design the modernization process. The aim of this work the design of new machines for a particular component, which would replace the existing ma-chinery used in company-tion in which the component is produced. Introduction is focused on the description of the company and selected components for which it is evaluated di-mensioning, tolerance, functionality and material. The following describes the current ma-chinery engineering company and then are selected machines in two variants, which would replace the original equipment. With these new machines is a technical documentation and is evaluated modernization and environmental concerns. At the end of the re-evaluated results that modernization is beneficial or not.
