The Study of Product Lifecycle Management in an Enterprise
Kříž, Pavel ; Gabrhelíková, Zdeňka (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The thesis explores sustainable development of a company focusing on PLM system in the environment of an industrial company. In the theoretical part the lifecycle of a product (PLM) is described as well as its demands and benefits focusing on the area of mechatronics. The following analysis of current IT environment gives information which is used as the basis for adjustments of the current system in a way to eliminate narrow places of the slim production of the company, avoid wasting and achieve sustainable development of the company while using current technologies.
Computer vision for mechatronic applications using the OpenCV library
Černil, Martin ; Spáčil, Tomáš (referee) ; Bastl, Michal (advisor)
This thesis introduces a computer vision library OpenCV, which is subsequently implemented into three distinguishably different problems using Python programming language. These three problems are identifying an object and its location, object tracking and difference detection, safe distance qualification using a depth map.
Modelling and control of mechatronic systems with SolidWorks and NI LabVIEW
Fridrichovský, Jan ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
When designing a Mechatronics system should be the management implemented into the mechanism of technological products. It is therefore necessary to create a connection tool for the management design and tools for the CAD of the management mechanism. The company responded that the need for the issuance of National Instruments toolkit to connect the NI LabVIEW with SolidWorks CAD tool. This link allows the NI LabVIEW environment to control the simulation on the virtual model in the SolidWorks/COSMOS Motion and back to obtain the results of dynamic analysis. The aim of this work is to evaluate the possibility of linking development tools and CAD system and evaluate its use in the design of Mechatronics system.
Design of the absolute position sensors with Hall elements
Pikula, Jiří ; Andrš, Ondřej (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This work deals with possibilities of use of linear Hall sensors which are made as integrated circuit for construction of absolute sensors of position and rotary position. Hall sensors with permanent magnets allow a smaller construction. In this work there is described a design and solution of absolute linear sensor of position for linear drive of Stewart's platform and absolute sensors of rotary position for robotic manipulator Mini-swing. Use of these sensors adds many advantages, primary minimal size and high resolution.
Virtual prototype of mechatronic system in ADAMS
Sojka, Tomáš ; Andrš, Ondřej (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the process of creation of virtual prototypes of mechatronics systems. Virtual prototypes are formed by combining different models, each of which simulates the specific characteristics of the system. Itself reduce the cost and time of development that there is no need physical prototypes. The first part consists of a short search on the modeling of virtual prototypes using a mechatronic approach. In the second part is created a virtual prototype of the mechatronic system - two-axis manipulator using programs MSC.ADAMS and Matlab / Simulink. Controlling of this model works in co-simulation mode.
Mechatronics of classifying of microparticles by air separation
Adamčík, Martin ; Svěrák, Tomáš (referee) ; Pellant, Karel (advisor)
The aim of presentated bachelor’s thesis is exploration of the possibilities of classifying the microparticles according to the size of particles of the material and modelling the specific classifier and its parts in 3D system. This thesis describes in detail air separation method, its utilization and benefits. For this purpose, in thesis are solved those particular problems. a)Description of the classification process. Definition of the particle size distribution, discussion the influence of the classifier parameters to the particle size distribution. b)Analysis of particular devices used for classification of particles in the process. c)Engineering design of the classification system of the air classifier. d)Modelling out designed device in the 3D system.
Mechatronic drive systems
Pulec, Václav ; Houfek, Lubomír (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Ctirad (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to describe terms like mechatronics, mechatronics approach and mechatronics product. The thesis systematically compares mechatronic and conventional drive systems and defines their specific differences. It introduces several innovation examples which were created thanks to mechatronics.
Engineering mechanics 2015. 21st International conference May 11-14, 2015, Svratka, Czech Republic. Extended abstracts
Náprstek, Jiří ; Fischer, Cyril
The book of extended abstracts contains the papers presented at the 22nd International Conference on Engineering Mechanics, which has been held in Svratka resort in Czech Republic under auspices of the Czech Society of Mechanics and being a part of IFTOMM (The International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science) activities. As it corresponds with character of the conference, this proceedings book consists of several topic oriented parts: Linear and Nonlinear Dynamics and Stability, Aeroelasticity, Hydroelasticity and Fluid Mechanics, Biomechanics, Fracture Mechanics, Mechatronics, Reliability of Structures, Mechanics of Solids, Thermomechanics. The publication represents a well-balanced overview of theoretical, numerical and experimental work on fundamental and applied studies.
O časové parametrizaci uživatelských požadavků v mechatronice
Belda, Květoslav
Time parameterization of user demands (demands on course of path, position etc.) is one of inherent preparative operations before starting real control of any of mechatronic systems. The main objective is to generate the reference inputs i.e. desired, required values with appropriate timing of used control system. In general, the time parameterization itself represents generating a time sequence of the reference values according to some deterministic way defined beforehand, where this time-reference sequence interpolates the initial parameters arising from user demands. This paper addresses optimally-smooth time parameterizations intended for mechatronic systems particularly for machining robotic applications.
Drive systems in the mechatronics objects
Kratochvíl, Ctirad ; Procházka, František ; Pulkrábek, J.
Periodical behavior of dynamic mechatronic system is described in this paper. Chaotic atractors are depended on initial conditions and structure.
