The diploma thesis "M-technologies in education and in the management of Primary schools in the Moravian-Silesian region" deals with modern technologies in the context of education and in the context of school management. The theoretical part summarizes the basic theoretical information about m-technologies and other modern technologies which then comes the part of research of the thesis which is focused on facilities and use of modern technologies ICT in education and in the management of Primary schools in the Moravian-Silesian region. Questionnaire results and research about using modern technologies in education and in school management are the focus of the practical part. The thesis deals with level of implementation and use of m-technologies and other modern technologies in primary schools. Almost everyone uses the technology at work and at home as well. So it is not unexpected that the technology gets into education at schools. This thesis focuses on the education of modern mathematics, and especially on the use of the interactive whiteboard. The thesis is not only for teachers who can work with an interactive whiteboard, but also for teachers without the access to this technology who can enrich information about Web sites that can be used in their preparation, or projected on an overhead projector during class. Thesis entitled Modernization of initial reading and writing in the 1st grade primary school using the methods RWCT and the interactive whiteboard in the theoretical section summarizes current concepts of teaching reading and writing, as well as defining new procedures, their use and benefit in teaching reading and writing. The practical part examines the applied methods and compares achievements of students attending the first class of primary school. Followed by a questionnaire survey of information, knowledge and experience with these methods for educators of 1st grade primary school.

1 Abstract The subject of this thesis was creating of teaching material for an interactive whiteboard using the SMART Notebook program. The material was created in form of interactive presentations designed to be used in chemistry lessons at secondary schools. The unifying theme of presentations was the 14th group of the periodic table of elements. The thesis also includes a description of the way the presentations were made and instructions for teachers how to work with them. It also introduces some advantages and disadvantages of working with the SMART Notebook software. Content and Language Integrated Learning with ICT using the Interactive Whiteboard

The main goal of the diploma thesis "Content and Language Integrated Learning with ICT using the Interactive Whiteboard" is to provide a comprehensible assessment of the potential benefits of employing CLIL during ICT lessons. The thesis focuses on the recent history of CLIL and its roots as well as the official support it receives from the European Union. This work also takes a look at the advantages CLIL has to offer and why anybody should consider using it. This work goes on to suggest some basic questions a teacher should ask him/herself when considering whether to employ CLIL or not. The Practical Part is focused on creating a series of activities that may serve as an example of using CLIL during ICT lessons while making use of the Interactive Whiteboard, one of the new tools that is available to an increasing number of schools. The Practical Part also includes sample files to be opened on the Interactive Whiteboard, the age range of learners for whom the activity is intended, their learning context, aims and expected learning outcomes for each activity as well as the kinds of tasks included in each activity and the expected problems. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT) in primary schools in the Czech Republic. It briefly outlines the historical development of educational aids from the 19th century until the beginning of the 21st century, when the level of ICT development significantly affects the educational process. Specifics of an information society and the impact of ICT on today's world are described as well. Several European and Czech strategic documents connected to the implementation and teaching of ICT in schools are mentioned. A description of the three main aspects of the ICT implementation (required hardware, software and teachers' training) is provided, including a description of problems and risks of the implementation process. The process of the successful implementation of ICT in the school environment and educational process is described on the example of ZS Lupacova, Prague. The analysis of the current situation in primary schools in Prague 1 is provided.
Creation of electronic material for physics education

The presented diploma thesis deals with designing electronic educational materials intended for learning/teaching physics at elementary schools. The work consists of the following parts. In the first part, we focuse on the description of the used HTML5 technology and its possibilities.Subsequently we analyze the applicability of the chosen technologies. The main part of the work comprises a description of designing and implementation of five selected teaching methods and their testing on interactive whiteboards and contemporary mobile devices.
Interactive whiteboards in the teaching of Czech language and literature

The topic of bachelor's thesis is evaluation of using interactive boards like an alternative tools for lessons of Czech language and literature in primary schools. Theoretical part includes definitions of e-resource and programs which interactive boards are able to operate with. Next part of theory describes using of different forms of teaching. Practical part deals with comparing of perception of teaching with interactive board between students and teachers. Moreover, it describes and evaluates the way in which pupils and teachers are using interactive board in small and larger schools in selected districts. This comparing is performed by comparative methods. The main goal is finding out the rate and method of using interactive boards in lessons of selected lessons.
