The options of coordinated support for students with disabilities in the region of South Bohemia
FÉROVÁ, Lydie
The theme of this thesis is: Possibilities of coordinated support for students with learning disabilities in the region of South Bohemia. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the general characteristics of learning disability. I focus specifically on light learning disability because the research of the thesis is focused on students with light learning disability. I also deal with the possibilities of coordinated support that is provided to these pupils. Especially pedagogical and psychological support because this is area where are the most needs of this pupils (because of specific attributes of light learning disability). The practical part is a qualitative research that aims to identify how students with light mental disabilities perceive and use the possibility of coordinated support granted to them. Qualitative research is appropriate in this case, because goal is to obtain in-depth description of the selected cases. I used half-sctructured interviews. I selected this form, because it allows to extend research by the supplementary questions, so the interviewer can flexibly respond to various situations during the interview. Through additional questions the interviewer is able to get more valuable information related to the topic of conversation. The research focus on four practical primary school pupils in Prachatice, who also attend the K-Club in Husinec. I know the pupils and their families personally from K-Club Christian free-time club organized by YMCA and the Brotherly Church in Husinec. Pupils are aged from nine to thirteen years. They come from socially weak families. First group of respondents, consists of these four pupils and their parents. I included parents in order to get more complex responses. The second group of respondents are workers of special pedagogic center in Strakonice and practical primary school teacher in Prachatice. Both groups of respondents were very helpful and willingly gave me interviews. I interviewed experts first and then pupils and parents. Through interviews, I was looking for answers to the research questions that arise from the bachelor thesis goals. 1. How pupils with light learning disabilities perceive the possibility of a coordinated support granted to them? 2. How pupils with light learning disabilities use the possibility of coordinated support, granted to them? The research results are affected by a certain specificity of the investigation sample. All pupils attend the same school and live in the same city. They all come from socially disadvantaged families. This fact complicates the generalization of the results to a wider group of pupils with light learning disabilities. On the other hand, allows a deeper insight into this particular context. The interviews show that substantial support is provided primarily by the school. The pedagogical-psychological counseling had a first diagnosis. Some parents remember that they get advice how to work with children at home. Some children get speech therapy. When children attend primary school, they don't continue to work with them. The school works with special pedagogic center in Strakonice. But contact with children is limited to periodical control examination. At school, children are given speech therapy. The school also offers a wide range of school activities. The teacher emphasizes the individual approach and clarity in teaching. She seeks to make the students familiar with the knowledge, but also the correct behavior patterns. The interviews show that children generally perceive support from the school in positive way. At school, they have friends, and get along with teacher very well. In case of problems at school they have someone with whom they can seek help. Pupils use more support options, but crucial role in on the school.

Kastner, Pavel ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Palivoda, Michal (referee)
At the present time, characterised by increasing complexity of not just socio-economics systems, decision-making in positions of executive management is becoming increasingly difficult. Although more and more attention is dedicated to use of information and communication technologies in corporate sector and organizations collect unprecedented amount of very detailed data from all areas, their real nature is often not considered. Data, information and knowledge, through which we can achieve real understanding of causes of the observed systems behaviour, are necessary basis for ability for prediction of tomorrow's effects of today's decisions. This thesis aims to highlight the essence of data, information and knowledge in organization and the necessity of systemic perception for creating efficient and effective decisions. The second part of this thesis presents design of system-dynamic model (including user interface), which explains the mechanisms of health care volume accounting in medical facilities with more departments. The model should facilitate understanding of functioning of hospitals by the public, and respect of general nature of medical facilities functioning to create a base for robust model-oriented decision support system for the management.

Michal, Tomáš
This thesis deals with decision theory and decision support systems. It examines particularly the criteria of supplier choice, methods of establishing the criteria weights and a scoring model as an effective way to perform multicriteria rating of suppliers. The thesis also deals with spreadsheet applications as one of the means for decision support realization. In the following chapter the design of a system for decision support for buying goods in small to middle sized companies using the spreadsheet application is discussed and an example of the system usage is shown. The last chapter summarizes the results achieved and evaluation of real-world usage of the designed system is made.

Promotion of self-sufficiency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in selected daily activities at the home environment
TÜRKOVÁ, Věra
Promotion of self-sufficiency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in selected daily activities at the home environment The topic of my bachelor thesis is promotion of self-sufficiency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease the main symptom of which is damage of mainly small joints, muscles, ligaments, but it may also manifest itself in internal organs of the body. This leads to significant motion limitation and thus greatly deteriorates the quality of life and self-sufficiency of affected people. Since it is women who suffer from this disease most, we concentrated on the area of cooking, eating and personal hygiene. The role of nurses is to lead patients to self-sufficiency. There are more possibilities how to provide the patients with limited self-sufficiency with support, but the thesis is focused on the aids to promote self-sufficiency in cooking, eating and personal hygiene. To carry out the research survey we stated six goals. The first goal was to find out what aids to promote self-sufficiency the patients with rheumatoid arthritis have at their disposition for cooking food and eating. The second objective was to determine what aids to promote self-sufficiency the patients with rheumatoid arthritis have at their disposition in the area of personal hygiene. The third objective was to determine what aids to promote self-sufficiency the patients with rheumatoid arthritis miss in the area of cooking and eating. The fourth goal was to find out what aids to promote self-sufficiency the patients with rheumatoid arthritis miss in the area of personal hygiene. The fifth objective was to create a brochure to promote self-sufficiency of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in cooking, eating and personal hygiene. The sixth goal was to apply the booklet on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The goals of the thesis were met. At the turn of February and March 2011 the qualitative research survey was conducted. For data collection the method of questioning, the non-standardized interview technique was used. Using pre-prepared questions we interviewed the respondents with rheumatoid arthritis who are treated on an outpatient basis. Based on information and available aids mapping, a booklet to promote self-sufficiency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis was created and subsequently tested. The research group consisted of six respondents suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. The respondents were selected according to predetermined criteria, which were the suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, disease stages II., III., IV, when self-sufficiency is strongly influenced and monocyclic, polycyclic and progressive course of rheumatoid arthritis is present. The research sample for an inquiry was selected by the same criteria, and it consisted of 10 respondents. The thesis revealed which specific aids are available to patients with rheumatoid arthritis and which are missing. Based on obtained information and the aids mapped, a booklet to promote self-sufficiency of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the area of cooking, eating and personal hygiene was created. We believe that steps to improve self-sufficiency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the areas of cooking, eating and personal hygiene at home environment involve the booklet provision to outpatient and inpatient departments of rheumatology. To address the widest possible population of rheumatics with damaged self-sufficiency and on the basis of positive responses to the booklet, we accepted the offer to publish a series article about promotion of self-sufficiency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the magazine ?REVMATIK?. In our opinion, positive contribution could also be organization of an information seminar on aids to promote self-sufficiency for patients and nurses in rheumatology units and for members of the Rheumatism - league and students of ZSF.

Title: Tool for Collaborative XML Schema Integration Author: Jiří Meluzín Department: Department of Software Engineering Supervisor: Martin Nečaský, Ph.D. Abstract: The aim of the thesis is to develop a technique for collaborative creation of mappings of two XML schemas. More precisely, it will support a concurrent participation of several users at the same mapping via the Web. The method will be based on current XML schema mapping techniques but will extend them with the support for collaboration. The developed technique will be implemented in a user-friendly web application. The tool will support concurrent change operations invoked by the collaborating users, their merging and/or prioritization. Moreover, it will also keep previous versions of the mapping so it will be possible to return to an arbitrary previous version. The thesis will analyze current methods for XML schema integration and collaborative schema editing and integration. The tool will be implemented on the base of Google Wave and GWT framework. Keywords: XML Schema, integration, collaboration

Title: Visual tools for mental processes support Author: Bc. Jiří Šejnoha Department: Department of Applied Mathematics Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Zdeněk Hedrlín, CSc. Abstract: The idea of work is the use of nonlinear model of mental processes as a means of representation considerations (the projection of the human mind), with thesis so registered thoughts, compared to a standard linear form of written text, to better understand particularly complex considerations, their contexts, integration and support their utříbení. Model mental processes is designed based on inspiration by buoy (Herbart's) and while model. The following discussion of its limits, and the legitimacy of comparing with similar models: Model Theater, MoM, Carnap's model of the mind and NOGA model. Implementation of the work includes a formalization of the design model. The draft also implementation and implementation, which is then used to verify the thesis contribution for users using a questionnaire. The results are discussed and on this basis is formed by the end. Keywords: mind, mental process, model, understanding, tool, while
