This thesis analyzes the risks of global and local business environment . The paper shows the actual state of the environment and the associated risks . The risks greatly influence the success of businesses and it is necessary to know them and understand how to respond . Inaction against risks can lead to bankruptcy of the company . In the practical part is an analysis of the certain company. The result of the analysis is to evaluate the state of the company and choose the right strategies to achieve goals.

Analysis of the ELMART s.r.o. by the Selective Methods and Suggestions for Improving the Found Situation

This thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company – ELMART s.r.o. The goal of the thesis is to formulate recommendations based on results of performed analyses and to suggest measures for improvement of the current state. Among the chosen methods of analysis are: PESTLE analysis, fundamental analysis, Kralick Quicktest, ratio analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, in which the characteristics of the chosen analysis methods are explained, and a practical part which deals with their processing. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

Risk management in an engineering company

The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide a complex analysis of risk management in engineering company EST Stage Technology a.s. In the first part of the thesis, the research study focused on the risk management from the economic and technical point of view was conducted. The next chapter deals with case study including the description of mentioned company, considering the history, business sector and selected economic indicators. In this part, PESTLE and SWOT analysis is also performed. Further part provides the analysis of profitability, liquidity, activity and debt indicators. The following chapter describes the process of industrial contract solution. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with the failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA). The detailed analysis of failures, which can arise in various phases of contract solution, is provided. The causes and consequences of that failures are also mentioned, while the measures lowering the risk of particular failure to acceptable level are suggested.

This master's thesis deals with a business plan for establishment of mystery shopping consulting company. The theoretical part of the work describes theoretical background needed for the development of the business plan. Theoretical background of the mystery shopping is also described. The practical part of the work contains analyses of internal and external environment of the new venture. Based on the theoretical background and on the results of the analysis the new business plan is introduced.
