Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. Na základě prozkoumání vnějšího (makroekonomického i mikroekonomického) a vnitřního prostředí podniku pomocí různých analytických metod je zhodnocena celková situace daného podniku a doporučeny návrhy ke zlepšení. This Master thesis is focused on analysis of selected business entity. The overall situation of the company was assessed based on an examination of the external (macroeconomic and microeconomic) and internal environment using different methods of analysis and some proposals for improvement were suggested.
