The topic of this bachelor thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new family house in Nové Město nad Metují. The object is designed as a two-floor house, partly with a cellar. It is projected for 4 persons and its size is 4+1. Ground floor is designed into the shape of uneven „T“, while the first floor takes shape of rectangle. First floor is roofed by a saddle-shaped roof with an inclination of 30°, while the other parts of the object have a flat roof. Surface is made from wooden facade and contact thermal insulation system. Parking place is situated next to the object. The place is roofed together with a part of the first floor by the same flat roof. The construction is made from ceramic blocks and lost formwork. It has got monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and stairway.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house. The building have two above-gound floors and a flat roof. Walls will be made from clay blocks HELUZ. Beside the house is a shielded parking for two vehicles. The project of the building is in accordance with the local development plan of Podlesí. It also emphasizes the layout, architectural, fire and thermal aspects of the individual structures.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a detached house with an establishment, Měrotín. The building has a floor plan consisting of two rectangles. Larger rectangle consists of a living area, smaller rectangle consists of a garage. Above the living area is a gabled roof. The space above the garage is designed as a terrace. The building is bricked up ceramic bricks, brand Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain towards the north. Detached house with an establishment is designed for 4-5 member family of one floor, a garret and a basement, where the establishment is located. The building is based on the strip foundations. Part of this Bachelor thesis is also the essay on topic flat roofs.

The building is designed to approximately in the shape of the letter „L“. It is a two-storey building with basement. Terraces are located to the backyard and to the street. City house in Brno is situated in Milada Horáková´s street, quarter of Brno-Zábrdovice. The block of buildings are delimited by the streets Milada Horáková, Příkop, Koliště, Bratislavská and by a part of the Kpt. Jaroš Blvd. All city block has plain terrain. Building site of city house is located in gap site. Before there was house with hall of Josef Juran. Object is pass-through; passage is opened to courtyard with park adaptation and benches. In borderline there is a place for municipality waste. Parking is placed to in yet working undergroud garage in courtyard. Parterre functions as store, follow-up three floors are designated for administration. In these floors facade has two teeth, which faced to more light up site. Last three floors, which has living function, copy present buildings and their roofs. South site of facade has balcons in notch shape. There are two duplex apartment. Object is founded on pilots with large diameter and white basin. Skelet bearing system is bricked with ceramic brickwork and has inside harden lift tower. City house is multifunctional; it provides high-quality living in centre of Brno and also enough job opportunity.

This bachelor thesis deals with, architectural, dispositional and structural solution of family boarding house with barrier-free access and owner’s apartment. It’s cellarfree two-storey house with two one-storey outbuildings. In first floor is accomodation area with ten 10 beds in four rooms, in second floor is owner’s apartment with teracce. To this building is desinged outbuilding garage for owner’s apartment and outbuilding warehouse for accomodation area. Structure of house i desinged in longitudinal support system in Porotherm system. Ceilings is ceramic-concrete, also Porotherm system. Roof is shed single-leaf supported by wooden beams. Covering is mPVC foil.
Preparation of realisation gross superstructure of an apartment block named Francouzská in Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with construction technology procedure gross superstructure of an apartment block named Francouzská in Brno. An apartment block has 7 floors. First floor is located partially below ground, becouse lobby area is located in very steep terrain towards the Francouská street. Wing unit is made up of mainly enclosure wall, interior transverse and longitudinal walls of the ceramic blocks Porotherm. Transverse and longitudinal supporting interior walls are produced of sheathing bricks Supertherm, which are located in 1.NP, 2.NP and partially in 3.NP, these blocks are sealed with concrete. Ceilings are designed as continuous strengthened concrete-steel monolithic desks. The staircase is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. This construction and technological study of gross superstructure includes technical report, technologic process of concrete-steel monolithic ceiling, plan routes, inspection and test plan, schedule, financial requirements, solution the organization of building up, assembly and machine safety.
