Treatise De Consideratione ad Eugenium Papam III. is not in general public awareness of the power known. Nevertheless, his message on the theme of the papacy and practical guides to the character of the Pope is still valid. This thesis aims to familiarize with the life of the author of the letter, and Bernard of Clairvaux to outline the time and circumstances of the letter, as well as with the personality of Pope Eugene III. to whom the letter is addressed. Treatise is divided into five books, this work deals mainly with the fourth book. In the fourth book we find a few key topics. Relates to the personality of the Pope, what would be its features and how it should behave. It is a theme of "two swords" on which Bernard shows secular and ecclesiastical power. Digitalisation of old prints and manuscripts from collections of the Library of the Military History Institute

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace historických fondů Knihovny Vojenského historického ústavu. Práce je uvozena popisem okolností vzniku a vývoje knihovny, jež mají vliv na skladbu sbírek. Na tuto část navazuje přehled jednotlivých fondů knihovny, popis jednotlivých depozitářů knihovny i podmínek, v nichž jsou uloženy historické sbírky. Následuje nástin problematiky ochranného reformátování a zejména digitalizace knihovních fondů. Rozebírány jsou i možnosti zpřístupnění digitálních dokumentů v rámci České republiky. Poslední celek se již věnuje konkrétně možnostem digitalizace starých tisků a rukopisů ze sbírek knihovny VHÚ. Jsou zde uvažovány možnosti financování a způsob provedení digitalizace historických fondů, nechybí zevrubný přehled přístrojů vhodných k digitalizaci vzácných fondů. Závěr práce patří zhodnocení vhodného postupu digitalizace v podmínkách knihovny VHÚ.

Expansion concept of provider's wireless network

Nowadays it is very important to have access to internet not only at work but also at home. In large cities there is no problem to provide access to a great percentage of the population but in smaller towns and villages there can be a problem with high speed internet coverage. Metallic lead is expensive, the optic one even more. Here comes the chance for wireless internet providers who are not bound by building expensive infrastructure but by relief only. One of these providers is Eurosignal co-operative that fills the space in the Prague-West area and Mnisek pod Brdy's surroundings. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of the network, to point to the posibility of extending the existing network and to propose the best solutions of technical implementation of such extention depending on price and new potential clients number in a specific area.

The influence of stockade restraint on progress of psychosomatic stress ailments and effects of short-time psychological intervention

Environment of the stockade represents an interesting psychological area which brings, except for a total change of lifestyle, some psychosomatic symptoms as well. The author of this bachelor thesis asks the question, if a short-time psychosomatic therapy, performed by a nurse, brings an expressive effect. The basis of this work is the research investigation in the Stockade Prague Ruzyne, which analyzes and assesses the efficacy of supportive psychotherapy with the help of questionnaire methodology, graphically and statistically processed later on.

This bachelor thesis describes corporate bonds in the Czech Republic. The purpose of thesis is to render the compact view of the corporate bond market. The thesis includes the view of whole bond market in the Czech republic, then issuers of corporate bonds follow. The last part contains some practical calculations about trading at Prague Stock Exchange and the comparison of chosen government and corporate bond according to the yield to maturity.

Utilisation of the financial resources of European structural funds by municipality.

This thesis deals with problems of European structural funds, especially it is focused on utilisation of the financial resources of the European Social Fund from 2004 to 2006. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical view of the economics on the regional policy. Following part is a description of the structural funds system and then there is an evaluation of the effectivity of the structural funds on the base of one soft project, which was realized in the Prague by non-profit organization established by Magistrate of Prague. In conclusion I discuss advantages and disadvantages of the European structural funds.

Economic analysis of selected company

The thesis Economic analysis of a chosen company presents economic performance of the trading company ROTAREX PRAHA, group Inc. in years 2008 to 2015. The datas for elaboration were taken from financial statements.
The thesis is divided in two basic parts. The first part is theoretical, where are described methods for individual indicators. The second part is practical, which contain characteristic and organization of company structure. This part is followed by the absolute analysis and the analysis of differential values, analysis of ratio indicators, which are indicators of profitability, activity, indebtedness and liquidity. In next part is described Spider analysis and PEST analysis. In thesis conclusion results are evaluated and provide recommendation for future development.
