This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of family house for one generation. Object has two floors and basement. The second floor is realised as an attic. Garage is a part of a house. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The saddle roof is created with concrete tiles KMB Hodonka. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The building is situated in Letohrad. Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.

Bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a house with business activity.The new building is located in the district of Brno-city district Brno-Černovice. It is divided into two functionally separate units. House is designed for housing a family of four. It has two floors and one underground floor. Business activity has one floor. Above-ground masonry is of brick blocks POROTHERM and underground masory is from block of BTB.Ceiling construction ceramic POROTHERM. Saddle roof.

It has two above ground and one underground floor. The building is designed from the system POROTHERM. The roof is flat with single casing.

Detached house with a design office

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with a shop at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor and a flat roof. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Příbor and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.

A new building stand alone cellarage family house with two floors, which will be used for housing 5 persons. The house has external dimensions of 11.2 x 13.4 m. The vertical structure, of the system POROTHERM, are dealt with in the transverse system. Garage is located in the basement. The roof Rack consists of a multilayer single casing. The facade will be dealt with silicate plaster rubbing.

The project deals with the technical documentation of basement family semi-detached house in the village Šumice. The building is located on flat terrain in the gap between existing single-family homes. The house has a rectangular ground plan and has two roof rack. The basement serves as a technical background and a relaxation of the house, the first floor serves as a health and social background of the house and attic serves as a living area with sanitary facilities.

In the 1st floor is taking place all activities of inhabitants and the atticis designed as a quiet, relaxing area with sanitary facilities.
