Construction and shearing tool production

The bachelor work describes construction and production of the progressive tools, which is used for production of lugs for car Škoda Octavia combi. The lugs are made from material number 1.0396. There were elaborated research from the field of shearing and bending. These technologies were used for production of desired part. In the instrument are made both left and right parts, which are mirror. There are also solved different difficulties in the construction. The instrument should have life cycle 3 000 000 of produced parts. The instrument is used in the 160 tons eccentric press of brand Dirinler, model CDCS P81. To the eccentric press is connected automatic straightener and dispenser, so that there is not necessity of service. The instrument is given yet and is involved in the full operation.

Stress-strain analysis of winepress frame

This bachelor’s thesis deals with stress-strain analysis of winepress frame. The press is made of self help. No analysis has been performed for it yet. The thesis contains its detailed research, then basic research about other winepresses and research in the Mechanics of Materials. A computational model was set and stress-strain analysis was done in an analytical approach and numerical approach using the program ANSYS. Everything was evaluated in the discussion of the results, including the achievement of the safety factor to limit the state of elasticity. A system approach was used in the entire bachelor’s thesis.

Precision forging

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the technology of precision forging. The thesis describes basic distribution of the forging according to the nature of the material flow and his procedure. After the introductory part this thesis deals with the analysis of the methods of the drop forging with fin groove. The next section contains a description, parameters and methods of precision forging. Technical a economical evaluation of the component technology is as a conclusion of the thesis.

Production of the component "Lid"

This project developed within the Bachelor study of Engineering Technology proposes a technology component “Lid” made of1 mm thick sheet metal ofmaterial11 375(1.0038). The component will be made on a combined roll forming machine. A mount with two pillars will be used for the production, which will be located in an eccentric press LEN 40C by TOMA Industries Ltd. based in Trnava, Slovakia. The nominal press force is 400kN. After the initial analysis methods of die forging with collar also comprises an overview, analysis and description of methods of precision forging, including a technological evaluation in view of technical possibilities, investment requirements and expected benefits. The main emphasis is laid on the technological conditions, procedure, on the construction of the dies and forging devices.

The thesis also compares the past with conventional methods of production and considering the new technological process of manufacturing. Based on the literature studies about fitting and calculations, was chosen to die forging hammer KHZ 2 A (producer ŠMERAL Brno, plant Hronov), with nominal energy of 20 kJ working pressure of 16 MPa and 30 kW electric power.

The Baccalaureate thesis deals with literary studies of forging. There is also processed the proposal of technology of ordered steel cog-wheel num.: BP-3-2009- 001. With regard to supposed large series of 150 000 pieces per a year, the technology of stamping on three operations at the vertical forging press LZK 4000B is chosen, the producer Šmeral brno a. s. All calculations were accomplished during the processing of the technological procedure, the following design documentation and technical-economical estimation are connected with the preceding calculations..
