Měnová politika, opatření a nástroje Federálního rezervního systému v době Velké deprese

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na období Velké deprese v USA v letech 1929 - 1933, příčiny jejího vzniku, průběh a měnovou politiku Federálního rezervního systému (FED) v tomto období. První část práce se orientuje na stručnou všeobecnou historii, podstatu a důvod vzniku Federálního rezervního systému (FED), jakožto centrální banky USA. Záměrem práce v druhé části je stručně charakterizovat období před před Velkou hospodářkou krizí, zejména sociální vývoj, politické klima a hospodářské pozadí ve Spojených státech. Dále se práce snaží nastínit postupy FEDu v oblasti měnové politiky a jeho chování ve dvacátých letech, především jeho politiku ?levných peněz?. Poslední, třetí a závěrečná část se zaobírá myšlenkami, názory a pohledy předních světových ekonomů a jejich hodnoceními na podmínky, příčiny a důvody vzniku hospodářské a finanční deprese v USA v letech 1929-1933.

Analýza a vlivy zavedení jednotné měny Euro v České republice

Diplomová práce hodnotí dosavadní historii Evropské měnové unie. Zaměřuje se na rozbor mechanizmu ERM II. Hlavní část je aměřena na analýzu integrační pozice ČR vzhledem k přijetí Eura. Rozbor maastrichtských kritérií ukazuje nedostatky v několika oblastech, především u kritéria veřejných financí. Třetí část hodnotí scénáře přijetí Eura a aspekty spojené se vstupem do EMU. Datum přijetí Eura bylo posunuto na horizont kolem roku 2011, což vyžaduje minimální setrvání v mechanizmu ERM II po dobu dvou let. Poté by měly převážit pozitiva pro ČR vzhledem k užívání této měny.

Effective Promotion and Public Relations in Non-profit Sector

Diploma thesis deals with non-profit organizations with regard to their effective presentation, promotion and public relations. Theoretical part generally characterizes non-profit organizations and non-profit sector in the Czech Republic. First part outlines brief historical context, legal regulations in the Czech Republic, their operation, classification and fundraising. Second part describes public relations in non-profit sector, instruments of this communication and how to make this communication as effective as possible. Empirical part demonstrates these theoretical findings on examples of two particular non-profit organizations operating in the sphere of health care and social-service work. These two non-profit organizations are being compared in reference to public relations and public awareness about these organizations activity. Emphasis is laid not only on communication methods but especially on ethic aspect of this communication. Diploma thesis objective is to evaluate position of two non-profit organizations in terms of promotion and public relations. Conclusion summarizes ascertained facts.

The bachelor thesis is focused on practical usage of Customer Relationship Management system within IKEA company. Theoretical section aims to clarify basic aspects of Customer Relationship Management. Practical section describes specific business policy of IKEA company with emphasis on importance of customer relationship. Further on the thesis specifies internal CRM system within IKEA company, its communication channels and essential models of customer communication. Pivotal part of the thesis is over-all analysis of IKEA internal CRM system based among other things on self-run research within IKEA employees. The thesis leads to identification and explanation of key problems connected to IKEA internal CRM system. Proposed area of high priority is further education of employees. Planned implementation of new CRM system is also mentioned.

Rozebírá postoj České republiky i hodnocení orgánů Evropské unie. Hlavní téma doplňují informace o historii společné evropské měny a o procesu zavedení eura v nových členských státech Evropské unie. Práce také nastiňuje předpokládané efekty zavedení eura v České republice.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá velmi vzácnou a hodnotnou komoditou - diamanty. Zaměřuje se na obecnou charakteristiku diamantů, jejich vlastnosti, historii či vznik, ale především analyzuje producentské oblasti a mezinárodní obchod s diamanty. V poslední části pojednává o smutném fenoménu 90. let minulého století - tzv. konfliktních diamantech, kterými byly financovány kruté občanské války v některých afrických státech.

Broadband v ČR a porovnání s Evropou

Práce detailně prozkoumává, analyzuje a porovnává dvě technologie, které tvoří pátěř vysokorychlostního internetu nejen v České republice - ADSL a přípojku kabelové televize (CATV). Práce dále analyzuje penetraci broadbandu v České republice a v zahraničí. Podkladem pro analýzy byla data společností OECD, ECTA, ČSÚ, Evropské Komise, Aspa , a.s. a dalších. První část práce se zabývá historií zavádění obou sledovaných technologií v ČR a jejich technickým zázemím, druhá část samotnou analýzou penetrace broadbandu a analýzou českých poskytovatelů broadbandu, poslední část se zaobírá analýzou reálných nákladů na broadband a výběrem nejvhodnější služby dle preferencí zákazníka.

Possibilities of Drawing the Grants from the Funds of the EU and Their Realization in Selected Communes in the South Bohemia - a Case Study

This work includes a basic outline and introduction into the EU regional policy problematic. This theoretic background is then transferred into the practical part of this paper, where the author presents an overview of grant systems (both the EU´s and national programs) and their utilization in two south bohemian cities ? Český Krumlov and Hluboká nad Vltavou. First, the cities are shortly characterized and later a comprehensive briefing of the national and EU´s grants is described, especially within the 2004-2009 period. The collected data clearly show the fact, that during the whole period, Hluboká nad Vltavou managed to acquire 6 mil. Kč more from the EU´s resources, than Český Krumlov did. This conclusion is highly interesting, since Český Krumlov is by far a larger city, compared to Hluboká nad Vltavou. This proves that the acquisition of the EU donations is significantly dependent on administrative or project skills of the given cities. The difference in these skills has projected in the grant-success percentage of both cities, while Český Krumlov received only 30% of requested donations, Hluboká nad Vltavou reached almost 60% rate. Based on this outcomes of the two cities and their EU donations, it is evident, that the 2000-2006 period was fairly poor, while this trend has started to change significantly between 2007 and 2010. This work concludes that the rate of grant requests is rapidly increasing as the EU moves towards the closure of the second program period in 2013, which mean the end for the grant system whatsoever.

Drawing child pre-school age

This bachelor thesis deals with children's creative expression at a nursery school. It presents the development of child's drawing to the reader, its content, pedagogical and psychological approaches when interpreting children's drawings. It examines and compares a total of 74 children's drawings by 19 children from a nursery school over a time span of eight months. The first part was conducted in June, when the children drew a house and a figure. The second part was conducted in February, when the children drew a house and a figure again, after an interval of eight months. It analyses drawing as a guideline for exploring someone's personality. It follows the progress of an individual, the development of graphomotor skills during the particular period, and the differences in creative expression of girls and boys.

Environmental scanning electron microscope is explaining withdrawing of two differentially pumped chambers in a drawing area. To solve this problem is used finite volume method. This method includes several steps: - With using of mesh the area is dividing into discrete volume. - Discretization and balancing of the unknown quantities in each finite volume - Numerical solution of discretized equations.
