The Optimalization of Debts Recovery Procedure

Thesis pursue an aim to introduce reader to problem of unsettled debts, outline way of debts recovering at company ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) and draw up system of debts recovering procedure apllicable to consulting companies. Theoretic part of thesis defines a debt, shows certain stages of debt lifetime, and deals with 1) comparison of debts recovery procedure through court process (soud) and through (exekutor) 2) comparison of two basic ways of execution of a decision Analytic part of thesis consist of brief introduction of ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) company, analysis of present debts filing system at this company, then analysis of debts amortization and adjusting entries creation from tax and accounting standpoint, as well as analysis of company finance stability with regard to overdue debts. Part called „own proposed solutions“ contents recommended procedures of debts recovery and suggested improvement of present system of debts recovery procedure.
Determining the value of rights-of-way

The subject of this thesis is to determine the value of the easement of way over the land of another owner. The value of the easement will be established for an indefinite period, the duration of 20 years and for the life of the creditor. It will be calculated current price and official price. The theoretical part is concentrated on clarifying the concept of an easement, the possibility of the constitution, termination and changes, hereinafter referred to problems of valuation of the easement. In the project part is solved the specific passage in terms of benefits warrantee and losses liable party.
Issues Involved in Real Estate Auctions

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the auction issue with regard to property in the Czech Republic in terms of particular legislation, but also economic aspects. This theme I have chosen deliberately, because I had a bachelor's thesis on the topic The method of the extorting of the debts in the business legal relations and the success of its using in the practice. Public auction, which is the main chapter of this thesis is a key means of recovery. Legislation auctions is basically divided into two ways by which the auction is carried out, under a law on public auctions and by the Code of Civil Procedure. My task is to explain various aspects of all of the auctions, describe, evaluate their advantages, but also to point out shortcomings. The practical outcome is to analyze and evaluate selected voluntary and involuntary auction and also to consider the possibility of suggestions to improve the auction issue.

Analysis of the financial statements of the selected business corporation from the perspective of a potential creditor

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the financial statements from the perspective of a potential creditor. The first chapter deals with the financial statements in accordance with the Czech legislation valid until the end of 2015. The next chapter describes the creditor and his main interests in the financial statements of the selected business corporation. The following section is devoted to selected indicators of the financial analysis that creditor may use for making decisions. In the practical part the financial statements are analyzed from the perspective of the creditor. Then the indicators of the financial analysis were calculated and evaluated. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to decide whether the potential creditor would be willing to provide a credit to the selected business corporation or not.
Insolvency crimes

This thesis deals with insolvency crimes. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the adequacy of the legal provisions of the Criminal Code. Examined criterion is to confirm or refute the hypothesis that the criminal law should be used as a tool to sanction very serious crimes. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the basic concepts of substantive criminal law. The second chapter focuses on the interpretation of terms related to insolvency crimes. The third chapter deals with individual bankruptcy crimes. The fourth chapter deals with bankruptcy crime committed on the territory of the Czech Republic, the end of the chapter is devoted to the evaluation of the adequacy of the legislation.
