Coal humic acids and their applications
Hedvigy, Marek ; Taraba,, Boleslav (referee) ; Pekař, Miloslav (advisor)
The dark-colored humic acids are important parts of less coalified coals. Thanks to their properties, they are used in agriculture, veterinary medicine, industry and in modifications of the soil in the environment. In my work, I included the survey of producers of the coal humic acids and their application. An extraction of these humic acids and a determination of their content in the original raw material has been made on a domestic sample.
Evaluation of meteorological data in the locality FME BTU Brno
Drábek, Ivo ; Mauder, Tomáš (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
Content of this bachelor´s thesis is evaluate meteorological data which were measured by sensors of temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed and wind direction which are placed on a station of Energy institute. Data were measured from the 1st October 2008 to the 30th September 2009. The thesis briefly characterizes evaluating quantities, sensors which were used for measuring, tables content evaluated data and their ilustration by graphs.
Aircraft air-conditioning systems
Lednický, Ondřej ; Horák, Marek (referee) ; Třetina, Karel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the aircraft air-conditioning systems, their functions and basic tasks needed for a safe and comfortable flight. The thesis is divided into several chapters: the first one deals with the most important factors influencing human health. Next chapter is focused on a description of the assurance of main components which are composing the aircraft air-conditioning system. Final chapter of the thesis deals with oxygen systems, which are essential for the survivor of the passengers in the case of an accident.
Experimental testing of hydroinsulating injection screens efficiency in dependance on properties of building materials
Červenka, Martin ; Černý, Vít (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The most of the buildings are almost always faced with moisture in our climate. In the past, the humidity was reduced and conducted only by mechanical methods. Over time, chemical wet masonry method also known as chemical infusion curtain was invented and introduced into practice. This method involves the creation of boreholes at a selected height of humid masonry. These boreholes are impregnated with special solutions. These solutions in humid masonry fill pores in the field of boreholes and thanks to this subsequence the monolithic waterproofing curtain is created. The objective of this work is to determine the methodology for verifying effectiveness of various types of waterproofing injection curtains depending on the properties of the various types of building materials.
Air conditioning of storage hall with controlled air humidity
Otava, Jiří ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on design of air condition equipment for multifunctional building in Brno suburb. For design purposes of this building there are combined air conditioning with fan coil unit and air condition equipment used. Part of thesis is focused on controlled air humidity in storage hall. The theoretical part is focused on water system of cooling. The project part contains a project documentation of air conditioning equipment.
Airconditioning in a sanatorium
Batelka, Václav ; Andrys, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
Bachelor thesis describes the design of airconditioning for sanatorium in the village Liptal. The building is used for the rehabilitation of the treatment of Alzheimer´s deisease. The main task is to ensure the required exchange of fresh air and exhaust moisture loads from the interior. The swimming pool was further ensure coverage of heat loss in winter and heat gain in the summer. The device is designed to meet all hygienical, operational and functional requirements according to applicable legislation. In the theoretical part, the issues of water evaporation from the water surface. Calculation and design of the proposal addresses the specific design of airconditioning for equipment to operate the pool, electrotherapy and clubhouse. Result of this work is the design documentation for these aircondition equipment.
Draft Curtains new Ways of Waterproofing and Assessment Methodologies
Miková, Lenka ; Dohnálek,, Pavel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
Gel injections are progressive and more and more widespread technology for wet masonry rehabilitation, which finds its use due to working simplicity, and final effectiveness. In their application is not necessary to use strong destructive methods on construction and functionality of the final waterproofing is at a very high level. But the actual application of these technologies has technological limitations, and therefore arose in construction practice need of research new gel infusion with additional parameters and added functionality. Given the lack of a uniform methodology for such complex research process, the main aim of this thesis is proposal for methodological process for the research of new gel materials, and their later efficiency verification in the construction practice.
Design of steel structure of the roof of swimming pool in Blansko
Pernica, Martin ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Hron, Lukáš (advisor)
Scope of this beachelor’s thesis is a design of load-bearing steel construction for the roof of local swimming pool in the town of Blansko. This construction is designed in the way of replacement of current steel construction which is part of the whole building. The basic load bearing system of the building is a concrete prefabricated frame. Ground dimensions of this building are 37.4 m x 55.4 m with a height from the ground plane to the top of the newly designed rooftop 13.14 m. Ground dimensions of the separate construction of roof are 20.8 m x 30.4 m with construction height 8.675 m in southern facade and 5.075 m in other facades. Load-bering construction is architectural and that’s why is formed mainly from hollow sections like RHS,SHS a CHS. Because of a high humidity all the joints are welded. The whole system is withou purlins.
Microclimate parameters in the stables for dairy cattle and their impact on milk production.
BILEC, Stanislav
The aim of presented work was the evaluation of the effect of microclimate parameters on cows milk production. The observation of these scientific problems runs on the farm near Tábor from the February 2014 to the February 2015. 180 dairy cows Holstein cattle were stabled in loose housing without bedding.
Microclimate and energy balance characteristics of the stands with different management
ERBEN, Jiří
The present thesis deals with the microclimate and energy balance indicators of 2 habitats with different types of vegetation (wetland, pasture) during the growing season. Mainly moisture and temperature regime and energy fluxes were monitored in the period of 1.4. to 30.9., 2014. All values were dependent on the type of vegetation, and the type and location of the environment. Microclimate analysis was performed on two locations - in a pasture in the basin of Mlýnský stream and wetland habitat in the basin of Horský stream. Both sites are located on the right bank of the Lipno lake. All the necessary meteorological characteristics were measured using automatic weather stations. Indicators of temperatures and humidity of soil and air, received, and the total amount of reflected sunlight and heat balance characteristics - albedo, Bowen ratio, evaporative fraction and heat flows were evaluated. The biggest differences were monitored at heights, in which was measured. In terms of relative humidity, values most varied at canopy level, where the differences were noticeable. The highest mean relative humidity was measured at height of 0.2 m and 2 m on the wetland. As relative humidity even air temperature is dependent on the height at which it was measured. While the height of 2 m, the values at both sites was almost identical, at the canopy level are differences significant. The average temperature values depend on the season, but the largest amplitude of the temperature reached the sites in June. The surface temperature of the soil at the wetland was almost unchanged, contrary to pasture its course was similar to air temperatures series at the canopy level. The soil temperature at 20 cm was almost the same at both sites. In terms of energy fluxes, it was found that the highest latent heat flux of evaporation was in wetland. Sensible heat flux was higher in the pasture. The flux of heat into the ground is bigger during the morning and evening hours on the wetland, however ground heat flux was higher in the pasture during the day.
