Technological and economical aspects aplication CNC machining centers

The Aim of this diploma thesis has been to analyse the application of the CNC machining centers for the production especially with concentration on accuracy and economical aspect of the machining process. After the study of the literature and making familiar with the production on the CNC machine tool of the type Deco Sigma 20 ( manufacturer, the firm Tornos ) it has been evaluated the technology of the design of the chosen part, its machining accuracy and found out the economical parameters of this machinery for this chosen part as a necessary supposition for securing the correct production in accordance with the requirements of the client. The described process of the technological and economical preparation for the production as well as its checking can be used in future for the proposals of the further similar parts.

Marketing and communication strategy of Spotify streaming service

The objective of this Masters`s Thesis is an analysis of marketing and communication strategy of Spotify, the music streaming service, and subsequent presentation of proposals and recommendation with the aim to improve existing strategy. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, basic terms such as marketing, marketing mix, marketing and communication strategy, are defined. In the practical part, streaming service Spotify, its marketing and communication mix and competitors analysis, are described. A substantial part of this thesis is own market research in a form of a survey. Findings and results derived from primary and secondary sources help the author to draw conclusions and provide recommendation for improvement of existing marketing and communication strategy of Spotify in the Czech Republic.

The most important Toraja rituals and their current form

The presented doctoral thesis called The Most Important Toraja Rituals and Their Current Form deals with the ethnic group of Toraja, who inhabit the province of Tana Toraja, located in the southern part of the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. The work presents Toraja culture with a focus on two of the most important rituals - funerals and weddings. The goal is to outline the original form of these rituals and to capture the major social and religious changes in Toraja society since the Dutch missionaries first entered the area of present day Tana Toraja at the beginning of the 20th century. The Dutch introduced Christianity to the Toraja people, who until then adhered to their autochthonous religion Aluk Todolo. Almost all of the Toraja people gradually converted to Christianity, though they did not fully leave behind their original customs. In this work, I advert to how much the newly accepted Christianity influenced contemporary Toraja rituals, with an emphasis on the shift in their form and meaning. The work is based mostly on the field research; I implemented the method of concentrated observation. I also conducted and recorded many interviews with local people. Dietary supplements and iodine supplementation for children 11-12 years in the Czech Republic

Bachelor Thesis called "Dietary supplements and iodine supplementation for children 11-12 years in the Czech Republic" deal with the intake of dietary supplements containing iodine and intake of other significant dietary sources of iodine in relationship to saturation with iodine in the monitored group of 300 children aged 11-12 years . The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deal with established issues in light of current situation and uses the knowledge of specialized literature in these areas: iodine and his dietary sources, influence of deficient or excessive intake of iodine on thyroid gland and its function, and also the solution to iodine deficit in Czech Republic. The thesis also deals with dietary supplements and nutrition of school-aged children. Practical part is focused on quantitative research. This research was done on selected group of children who had low level of ioduria (iodine in urine) according to State health institution. Statistical file included 300 children of both gender in age from 11 to 12 who live in Czech Republic. The reason why children of this age were chosen is because of importance of optimal intake of iodine in period of physical and sexual evolution. The children were divided into two groups. One group had ioduria up to 300ug/l and the second group had ioduria over 300u/l. Data were collected through questionnaire. Because of age of respondents, the questionnaire was filled in presence of at least parent. The questionnaire should have also served to parents as information about iodine importance for their children. The individual evaluation of ioduria and questionnaire was given to parents upon their request. Collected data were evaluated in Microsoft Excel. In practical part, two main goals and two research questions are set. Their task is to determine the rate of usage of dietary supplements with iodine and to find out what significant sources of iodine the children with ioduria over 300u/l take in. The milk and milk products, salt with iodine, salted delicacies, sea products and dietary supplements with iodine were observed as probable main sources of iodine intake. The first goal was to find out the amount of iodine intake from dietary supplements for previously mentioned group of children. The second goal was to find out if the dietary supplements with iodine (or any other combination of food rich on iodine) are used by observed individuals with ioduria over 300u/l. The results of research show if the respondent's level of ioduria is affected by in taking the dietary supplements or food with significantly higher content of iodine. My own research proved relatively frequent (but irregular) intake of dietary supplements with iodine by whole examined population. On the other hand, usage of dietary supplements with iodine is probably not correlated with usage of table salt without iodine or with thyroid gland illness by individual respondent or in his family. The milk and milk products and table salt with iodine proved to be the main source of iodine. According to research, children with excessive ioduria consume sources of iodine as frequent as other children. Deeper insight into results shows that reason for excessive saturation with iodine is combination of intake of dietary supplements as well as other significant food sources of iodine, especially milk and its products. By several respondents, the higher level of ioduria can be caused by higher consummation of sea products or by usage of dietary supplements with iodine in last two days. The need for better awareness about suitable rate of iodine dietary supplements intake as well as medical importance for lowering the amount of (iodine) table salt in food was discovered by research. The optimal supply of iodine by higher percent of observed population could be also achieved by optimizing the content of iodine in milk.

Feedeng mixture bin

This diploma thesis deals with proposal and construction of feeding mixture bin in two variants. The variant No. 1 has a capacity 53m3 with hopper angle 60° and the variant No. 2 has a capacity 45m3 with hopper angle 45°. The proposal of both variants of feeding mixture bin was worked out according to parameters of assignment and technical literature. Further it was made a calculation of wind load, snow load and a power reacting on bearing structure of bin in direction of thoroughfare. Technical documentation consists of configurations variant No. 1 and 2, chosen welding subassemblies and details of parts of variant No. 1 of feeding mixture bin.

The Open Model of a School, Opportunities for Cooperation

The final drala with open (participational) model of educational systém of a schoul in the spere of educational activities, possibilities for tested and non - traditional cooperation of schools and educational institutions with educational and other subjects. The work is based on pieces of information, found in speciál professional literature, and negotiations of international organizations. They mainly focus on the education ofchildren and thein free - time activities. Furthormore, i tis based on a research which was done in 105 schools and educational institutions. The schoul will still Romain an irreplaceable social institution in the up-coming 15-20 years, according to the researches and surveys of the future look of a schoul. The task for the schoul managers will be to search for suitable partners that orfee free-time activities to children. Based on professional literature and results of a research, this work show some possibilities for cooperation of schools and educational instituons with various partners. Itsummarizes the experience of participants that were addressed in the research.

The present rigorous thesis is about the personality of František Jan Kroiher (1871-1948). He represented a very engaged person in a public area. His activity was very extensive and intervened in minor works in the country up to the contacts with the highest clerical and political circles. Individual chapters are devoted Kroiher´s childhood and study, career of the priest in the South Bohemia, his taking part in the reform efforts of the Czech clergy, work in a cooperative and economic sphere, a politic career in Agrarian Party and his extensive journalistic activities and sponsorship. At the end there is evaluation of Kroiher´s personality, followed by the list of sources and bibliography, index of names, a list of abbreviations and supplements. The rigorous thesis was based on prospecting quantity of the archival documents, period newspapers and literature. The transformation of the press releases into the media texts

The diploma thesis " The transformation of the press releases into the media texts" deals with criteria according to what journalists make decisions, what press release should be included into the news and what should not. Since the present media studies perceive gatekeeping as a broader process of information control involving all aspects of message encoding, therefore not just a selection but also a compilation, a transmition, a formation and the timing of information transmition from a supplier to a recipient, the diploma thesis also pursues the transformation process of a press release into a media text itself. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes the gatekeeping process analysis, the pseudoevent problems analysis and news production routinization analysis. This chapter summarizes the knowledge to the topic from scholarly literature. The second and the principal part of the diploma thesis is the practical and application part. Financial Aspects of Municipalities Doing Business

This bachelor thesis "Financial Aspects of Municipalities Doing Business" presents an analysis of management of the city Chrast, focusing especially on business activity of the city. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the revenue from business of the city Chrast from 2011 to 2014 and their use for the funding of the city development. This work consists of two parts: a theoretical and a practical. In the theoretical part according to the selected literature and laws are defined the basic concepts concerning municipality, its financial management and budget. Then this work describes budget revenues, budget expenditure, specification of the municipal property and provision of public goods through established organizations. Business activity and types of business forms of the city are also explained in this work. The practical part is focused on the development of the financial management of the city Chrast, the analysis of financial management of a nonprofit organizations of the city, definition of subjects with which the city co-operates and an analysis of revenues from business activity of the city.

The subject´s of business of the new businessman is agricultural activity, primarily beekeeping.
