Biology, occurrence and regulation Apera spica-venti tufted crops grown.
ORNA, Vítězslav
Over the last decades the amount of weeds in our fields have noticeably decreased. The easily annihilated and susceptible species were almost eradicated by means of herbicides and agrotechnical operations. Their place was taken by more resistant species, which are a huge problem for the farmers. For this purpose I decided to make an experiment under the working circumstances. I observed the occurrence of the weeds in certain localities. Especially I concentrated on the silky bent grass (Apera spica-venti), on its occurrence, regulation, extension and susceptibility or resistance to certain herbicides. The effect of the tested herbicide combinations was statistically significant for silky bent grass as well as for the other weeds (P 0.05). The coach grass was the only exception, where the effect of these preparations was not proved, as well as Vicia cracca, Lamium purpurem, Galium aparine, Geranium pusillum (P > 0.05). However the coach grass appeared among these inconclusively responsive weeds more frequently. (P >0.05). As the results of experiment showed, the most effective combinations for elimination of the silky bent grass (Apera spica-venti) were Sumimax + Glean, Cugar Forte + Glean + Dural a Cugar Forte + Logran. All these combinations were proved to be 100% effective against the silky bent grass (Apera spica-venti). The other combinations were not 100% effective. These comprised Rapsan + Command+ Grounded with 89 % effectivity, Sumimax + Logran 91 % effectivity a Butisan+ Clomate+ Grounded 67 % effectivity. The results show that the silky bent grass (Apera spica-venti) is more susceptible to some herbicide combinations and in the fields it can be successfully reduced. On the contrary the silky bent grass (Apera spica-venti) is resilient to some other agents. From this point of view the right choice of the herbicides is crucial in next year.

The EU accounting regulation
Koblasová, Zuzana ; Skálová, Jana (advisor) ; Žárová, Marcela (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to give an overview of major changes in this new Directive 2013/34 of the European Parliament EU. First, we focus on a general interpretation of accounting regulation, its objectives and general characteristics of users, who are involved in the regulation and also there are mentioned types of accounting systems. Then we deal with the directive, changes in directives that are modified or cancelled as well as its transposition, which is entirely included in one chapter. The work also includes the Accounting Act and the comments of experts, especially Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, who are interested in the Directive.

The economic and social costs of firearm regulation: Impacts of regulation of output, sale, export and import of firearms on state economy and citizens.
Kukač, Petr ; Procházka, Pavel (advisor) ; Hřebík, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis analyzes effect of firearm regulation on crime rate and selected macroeconomic indicators and compares the results with previous findings. The starting point is Gary Becker's economics of crime adapted to the topic of civilian gun ownership. It contains correlation analysis observing the interaction of legally held firearms and gun crime committed with those firearms. The result of the analysis is strong negative correlation between two variables. The second part of this thesis also contains crime statistics from selected OECD countries. The final part shows us the macroeconomic impact of regulation of civilian gun ownership. The result is that changes in gun policy will cause significant impact on employment, collected taxes, output and international trade.

Regulation of socio-pathological phenomena in the region
Pokorová, Hana ; Varvažovská, Pavla (advisor)
The main topic of the thesis are gaming machines that pose the greatest risk for pathological gambling in the municipality Liberec. The theoretical part describes sociopathological phenomena, gambling history, the impact of gambling on society and what opinions have people and municipality to gamble. In the practical part of the research analyzed several perspectives on gambling, among the public and among representatives of the municipality Liberec and other actors. The thesis analyzes the issue on the basis of questionnaires and individual interviews. Results at the end evaluates how the issue is perceived by the general public and other actors.

The effects of advertising on children's eating habits and its regulations
Bičovská, Dana ; Postler, Milan (advisor) ; Mikeš, Jiří (referee)
This thesis deals with the effects of advertising on children's eating habits in relation to its regulations. The aim is to analyze the impact of advertising on children in this sensitive area and assess whether the current regulations are sufficient. This thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which is devoted to the theory and the second applies this knowledge into practice. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the principles of marketing, the second one is devoted to marketing and commercial communications, specifically to advertising as one of the forms. In the third chapter the topic of marketing segmentation is discussed and the last part deals with children as a specific consumer in relation to advertising, including connection with their eating habits. In the practical part the research was conducted in order to determine how much children are influenced by food product advertising. Based on the results individual knowledge was summarized.

Regulation of the expression of MHC class I molecules and other immunoactive molecules on tumor cells
Moravcová, Simona ; Vopálenský, Václav (referee) ; Reiniš, Milan (advisor)
4 Abstract Regulation of the expression of MHC class I molecules and other immunoactive molecules on tumor cells The aim of this master thesis project was to characterize the effects of IFNγ, TNFα and of the epigenetic agents 5-azacytidine (5AC) and 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine (5AZAD) on the expression of molecules important for antigen presentation and modulation of the immune responses against tumors (MHC class I molecules and other immunoactive molecules CD54, CD80, B7-H1, B7-H2 and CD1d) on tumor cells. The experimental model used for this purpose were the HPV16-associated murine tumor cell lines, either MHC class I positive or negative. The goal was to determine the changes in surface expression of these molecules after treatment by FACS studies and also the expression at the mRNA level using qPCR. Expression of these proteins was also compared in the experiments in vitro on tumor cell lines and ex vivo on tumor cells explanted from animals. The most interesting result is the observation that 5AZAD increases the expression of B7-H1 which inhibits T cell mediated immune response and that 5AZAD and IFNγ act synergistically in the induction of the expression of MHC class I, CD54 and B7-H1 molecules. Klíčová slova: imunoeditace, protinádorová imunita, HVP16, MHC glykoproteiny I. třídy, B7-H1, IFNγ, TNFα,...

The legal protection of the consumer focused on regulation of alcoholic beverages advertising and usage
Pekárek, Kamil ; Boháček, Martin (advisor) ; Winter, Filip (referee)
Thesis deals with problems in legal as well as non legal regulations of alcohol usage in Czech Republic. I analyse the development of laws and current version of legal regulations on alcohol availability for young people in Czech Republic. I compare the Czech legislative to legislative in other countries. I analyse different approach to alcohol drinking in varied societies. During work on the diploma thesis, the Czech government declared a prohibition on alcohol trade. I evaluate the Czech approach and compare this prohibition with prohibitions in other countries. Finally, I evaluate Czech regulations of alcohol advertisments, and describe several court decisions (and self-regulatory board decisions) in alcohol advertising. The aim of thesis is to find the positive and negative aspects of legal and non-legal regulations in individual countries and propose new solutions to current alcohol problems.
