The Impact of the Grundtvig Programme on the Functioning of Further Education Institutions in the Czech Republic and on the services they provide

The thesis evaluates the impact of the Grundtvig programme on Czech further education institutions in the medium term. The first part presents the concept of further education as a soft factor of regional development and also the applied research methods. The next section presents the Czech and European lifelong learning strategies and the programme is shown as a part of the Lifelong Learning Programme and as one of the financial instruments of the EU. The main part of the paper presents the analysis of the use of the Grundtvig programme by the Czech institutions and the impacts on them assessed by a questionnaire survey among supported institutions. The work identified a major impact on the organizations in the area of know-how transfer from abroad, while in the area of networking or creation of innovative outputs identified impacts were minimal.

The work is based on an analysis of the laws that shaped the system of government, and professional publications.

The comparison of the administrative justice system in the Czech Republic and selected European countries

This thesis analyses the administrative justice system, which represents one of the key control mechanisms of the public administration in The Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to compare the administrative justice system of The Czech Republic with selected European models of the administrative justice system such as the French and German justice systems. The result of this comparison highlights the differences in justice systems and considers the possibility of implementing these models in The Czech legal system.The administrative justice system in The Czech Republic has been developing since 2003, when The Act N. 150/2002 came into effect. The operating administrative justice system in The Czech Republic is characterized by the following criteria: statutory framework, power and jurisdiction of the administrative court, organization of the administrative justice system and the course of the judicial administrative proceedings. The following chapters discuss the French and German models of the administrative justice system and analyze the similarities with the Czech system.The final chapter compares the individual administrative justice systems and their most important differences.

Czech National Bank, its content operations and functions This thesis deals with the legal status of the Czech National Bank, ie. the Central Bank Czech Republic and its activities and mission. Work focuses primarily on legal issues and issues related to the law deals only marginally economic and financial issues. The very existence of this institution and embedding based on Article 98 of the Constitution CR and other legal rules is contained in Law No. 6 / 1993 Coll., On the Czech National Bank. 115 CZECH AND EUROPEAN FISHERIES LAW SUMMARY Fishery cannot be comprenended as only in inland waters because marine fishery presents expressively overbearing part of this human activity. In this work the marine fishery is less substantial because in the Czech Republic as in mediterranean state is operated only inland fishery. Fishery means refinement, protection and fishing in fishpond management or by the performance of the fishing right. The fishery in the Czech Republic is classified into production fishery and farming on the fishing grounds. System of public law and private law is blended together in the sphere of fishery and that is why lots of legal regulations associate with fishery. We must not forget the directives and regulations of the European community. The fishing law in the Czech Republic is regulated on a large scale in the Fishery Act and in the public notice and everything is practically prescribed, including size limits, bag limits, periods of protection for individual species, number of rods, hooks, using of flies, shortly everything. Povrchová aktivita osmi běžných druhů chvostoskoků ve smrkových lesích a na pasekách po kůrovcové kalamitě v Národním parku Šumava, Česká republika

Surface activity of eight common epigeic species of Collembola were studied in spruce forests, dead spruce forests and clearings in the Šumava National Park, South Bohemia, Czech Republic: .i.Lepidocyrtus lignorum, Leidocyrus cyaneus, Pogonognathellus longicornis, Tomocerus minutus, Tetracanthella stachi, Allacma fusca, Entomobrya nivalis, Dicyrtomina minuta./i.. Five pitfall traps were exposed at each of the 9 sites in the summer and autumn periods to study the impact of spruce forest die-off after bark beetle attack (dead forests) and on clearings. Material comprising 79435 specimens was evaluated in this study using the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test for comparing Collembola activity between the sites and seasons. Complete linkage (Euclidean distances) cluster analysis was used for comparing the collembolan activity in all nine sites.

Conditional preparation of members of the Police of the Czech Republic

Résumé Name of the Project: Conditional preparation of members of the Police of the Czech Republic The aim of the Project: The aim of this Project is to resume and to evaluate contemporary situation of conditional preparation and its testing applied to the members of the Police of the Czech Republic in the selected districts of the Central Bohemian Region. Methods: I have received information necessary for completion of my diploma work from research of available literature, law and other sources that deal with the given problem. I have analysed documents and evaluated obtained data (results of revisions) to confirm or rebut the specified hypothesis. Furthermore, I have questioned anonymously policemen in the selected districts of the Central Bohemian Region. Afterwards, I have evaluated the questionnaires and have resumed obtained data for final interpretation and final comparison and evaluation. Results: Discovered knowledge presents overall state and testing of conditional preparation and introduces opinions and attitudes of policemen towards conditional preparation. Development of the European monetary integration - involvement of the Czech republic

In the beginning, the thesis opens a theme of creation and shaping of the European monetary system and passes on the conditions for the adoption of further states. The next chapter deals with the expectation of the Euro implementation and some reasonings, what changes might occur. The middle part is devoted to the relationship of the European Monetary Union and the Czech republic. There is a timetable for the introduction of the euro and its principles outlined here too. Important is also the view of other states and their experience in entering the eurozone. The last chapter describes the theoretical spheres of the changes for entrepreneurs and businesses, and these are then applied to a specific company in the Czech economy.
