Development of unemployment in Russia
Zaytseva, Alina ; Maitah, Mansoor (advisor) ; Kuzmenko, Elena (referee)
Unemployment is the most important and the most pressing topics of economic and social problems of the modern times, and considered to the second evil of macroeconomics, has a wide range of social and economic negative impacts. Bachelor thesis Development of unemployment in Russia deals with the assessment of development of unemployment in the Russian Federation after 1991 and the state of the labour market. In the theoretical part are discussed the general context of unemployment as a macroeconomic phenomenon: different labour market models, ways of measuring unemployment and its types. In the practical part place emphasis on the evaluation of unemployment in the Russian Federation for the period 1991-2014: the provision of the specifics of the labour market in Russia since 1991 and is analysed of statistical data related to unemployment. Unemployment in Russia in the years 1991-2014 was in many ways affected by the changes, which went through the transformation of the Russian economy in the post-Soviet period.

Wireless optical links in LAN and MAN networks
Šporik, Jan ; Dostál, Otto (referee) ; Filka, Miloslav (advisor)
The main aim of this thesis is the design of an optical wireless link that is transmitted in free space, in the atmosphere. The thesis describes the composition of heads of the atmospheric optical link. One part of this work focuses on the issue of the spread of optical beam in the atmosphere. The facts which have a major impact on the transmission of optical radiation in free space are pointed out here as well. In this work phenomena of absorption, refraction of light, turbulence and dispersion are discussed. Wavelengths spread in the atmosphere with different decline and therefore this thesis provides an analysis of the use of wavelengths between 750 and 1600 nm depending on the meteorological visibility. It describes the basis of the design of AOS through stationary model using power balance equation. It depicts the description of the statistical model, which makes possible to determine the availability on the basis of probability. Current possibilities of AOS are in general described in this work. The practical part of the work is focused on the design of simulation model of transmitter and receiver AOS in the program Pspice. The receiver and transmitter are designed to replace transiver in the media converter. The receiver plays a key role, and therefore big part of the thesis is given to it. Receiver model is composed of a photodiode and of an transimpedance amplifier. The receiver circuit has been tested. The model of transmitter shows the principle of modulating of current, which flows in laser diode. This work does not carried the model of atmosphere, which would serve as a link between the receiver and the transmitter. The circuit of the receiver is subjected to the noise analysis. Parameter NEP and SNR is designed. Link budget is calculated for models of the receivers and the transmitters. The maximum distance of heads is set based on the requirements for a BER error rate which combine this condition. The design of the practical implementation results from the models of transmitters and receivers. Printed circuit boards are designed in EAGLE. Within the frame of this thesis no curcuit diagram is carried out.

Labour Policy and Human Resources Management
VYDRA, Arnošt
My baccalaureate thesis is divided into five main parts, which are interconnected by practical examples. The elaboration of this paper is based especially on technical literature concerning this field, comes from related laws, yearbooks publisher by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, statistic data and available web pages. First I concentrate on labour policy in general, I define its targets which are consequently implemented by its active or passive form. I briefly map out the situation on the labour market and bring a closer view of the measures of the active labour policy and their implementation in practice. Further I concentrate on social and economic impacts of labour policy on the society, I specify certain types of unemployment and methods of their measurements. In the chapter human resources management I especially deal with the social system of the company and its connection to the overall management. The generally valid rules of motivation and stimulation from the managers{\crq} point of view I completed by my own experience concerning noncash benefits and remuneration and with this connected establishment of the internal company culture system. In the second last chapter I am engaged with the regularization of legislative relations which are being created in the labour section. I analyse not only the means which are offered by the given standards in the combating of unemployment, but I also evaluate their application and usage in practice. Finally I concentrate on the disconsolate situation regarding the employment of handicapped persons and dissimilar treatment with women on the labour market. At the conclusion I sum up the observations which I reached in my paper. I try to form measures and solutions which from my point of view could help to increase employment in the Czech Republic. I believe that the suppression of unemployment growth can be done by a couple of possible ways. The prevention I consider as the most important, further comes the support of small and medium enterprises and support of self-employed entrepreneurs and finally the complex and uncompromising implementation of the active labour policy.

Legal acts aimed at the termination of employment Abstract The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive picture of the current and future new regulations on legal acts leading to the termination of employment. The thesis consists of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different issues. The first chapter is devoted to legal acts in general, to the employment relationship and its termination. It specifies what a legal act is and defines its requisites. The definition of the employment relationship and its termination are dealt with in its two subchapters. The second chapter concentrates on one of the legal acts leading to the termination of employment - the mutual termination agreement. This chapter consists of two subchapters, the first one specifying the requisites of the mutual termination agreement, the second one containing a concluding interpretation of this kind of agreement. The third chapter is devoted to the notice of termination of employment, the unilateral legal act resulting in the termination of the employment relationship. This chapter contains five subchapters. The first one deals with the notice period, mainly with its length, its course and its regulation in the conceptual amendment to the Czech Labour Code. The second subchapter concentrates on the notice of termination of...

Active and pasive employment policy
FIALOVÁ, Gabriela
One of the basic targets of economic and social policy is reaching the full employment, it means reaching balance between manpower supply and demand, productive manpower use and citizen´s right of work securing. Loading business of labour policy, in relation to unemployed, is to finance and create projects aid to risky categories, to groups and the most disaster areas. Labour policy can support the labour market trends only, but can´t modify it by the distinct way. Ministry of labour and social matters and regional authorities of labour (Bureaus of Labor) secure the labour policy. Effects of state social policy on marriage and family in Czech Republic
Veselá, Kateřina ; Šíma, Josef (advisor) ; Munzi, Tomáš (referee)
The diploma thesis is devoted to effects of social policy on marriage and family in Czech Republic. Significant demografic phenomenon of last 20 years in Czech Republic is rise of extra-marital childbearing. Childbearing outside marriage is especially common in the case of first birth and has become typical of young mothers, the lowest-educated women and the high-unemployment regions. The increasing trend of bachelor mothers was connected with the transformation process and generous social system in 90's of 20th century. Young couples often do not get married and they pretend incomplete family in order to obtain social incomes. Ministry of Labour expected from changes in the state social support system as well as in the formation of living minimum the solution of the problem with purposeful cohabitation. The target of the thesis is to show that couples can profit from the purposeful cohabitation after these changes as well as before and demonstrate how much higher incomes can be and how much more state can pay on social benefits.

Arbitration procedure in a domestic and international commercial intercourse
Mlčochová, Olga ; Pauknerová, Monika (advisor) ; Růžička, Květoslav (referee)
As a topic of my rigorous essay, I have chosen an issue of arbitration procedure in a domestic and international commercial intercourse. As I was working on my rigorous essay, at first, I wrote a short general information on international and domestic arbitration procedure, kinds of arbitration procedures, focused on institutional arbitration procedure and mentioned the most important arbitration courts as well. I have also assessed positive and negative aspects of arbitration procedure and named centres where international and domestic arbitrations are proceeded. I have also dealt an issue of submission (in the chapter 5, I have focused on a problem of making a valid submission, as there were some institutions in the past that were abusing arbitrary rights of clients they accused and violated arbitration law). I have also focused on arbitrability in general, how this is processed and the way some specific cases concerning e.g. labour law, Land registry inscription and exchange cases are solved using this method. Next, I have also analyzed the way other courts` decisions are accepted and executed and finally, I have also mentioned the newest arbitration method online arbitration. I have divided my rigorous essay into ten parts (including introduction, conclusion and list of literature I used for my essay)....
