Communication in chosen organization

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the level of communication and the proposing of some changes that can result to the improvement of communicational processes.General communication process and its function in the organization is thoroughly described in the theoretical part of this thesis by means of literary resources.The practical part of the thesis focuses on the particular communication process in the firm named ABL Tools in Písek.The analysis is based on basic methods, such as: interrogation, observation and interviewing. Conclusions of the analysis and results will be provided to the manager of ABL Tools. These suggestions could be useful as a guideline to improve a current level of communication processes in the organization.

Controlling System and the Competitiveness of a Small Service Company

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluating the current system of controlling and analysing of the competitiveness of a selected small company in the South Bohemian region. The business subject of this company is to provide services in the real estate industry, whose aim is to satisfy its customers. The practical part contains more detailed description of the company, including its history with the present and depicts its management system. The methods used are Porter's five forces model, PEST and SWOT analysis and competition analysis. Porter's five forces model analyses the surrounding environment and examints competitiveness. PEST analysis is a simple and widely used tool that helps you analyse the Political, Economic, Socio-Cultural, and Technological changes in business environment. SWOT analysis deals with the external and internal environment. This theory describes the strengths and weaknesses of the chosen company, and its opportunities and threats. Competition analysis deals with the main competitors of company. The theoretical part applies these method. Finally, I made the proposals which help to increase competitiveness of company.

Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in a Small Company

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the motivation and remuneration of the employees in the selected company. The main goal is to make an analysis of motivation and remuneration in the company MA-DONA s.r.o. and to make a suggestion to improve these processes. . In the theoretical part the basic concepts related to the topic are explained. In the practical part there is the characteristic of the selected company, the way as the company motivates their employees and which form of remuneration they use. To view the facts there is used the research consists of a questionnaire with employees and interview with the manager. The outcome of this work is a suggestion for an improvement of the motivation and remuneration processes in the company.

The aim of the thesis was to analyse the current state of the assessment and remuneration system in the organization, which I have chosen and to suggest possible improvements that would increase the efficiency of the system. To achieve that aim, unstructured interviews and internal resources were used, and this has contributed to a unified view on the subject, based on which it was possible to propose given recommendations.

Role of physical activity in the prevention of childhood obesity

The thesis deals with physical activity in the prevention of childhood obesity. It is focused on children, namely pupils of the eighth and ninith grades of elementary school. Obesity is responsible for more human lives than both of the world wars and if we want this epidemic of obesity and problems associated with inactivity minimized, we have to start where it is most efficient and that is with children. The main objective is to explore physical activity in a selected group of pupils. Partial aim is to determine the prevalence of overweight and obesity in the investigated group of students using somatometric measurements in the selected location. Another objective is to determine how many of childrens parents did sports in the past or actualy do sports. The final goal is to prepare educational material for students about the importance of physical activity. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part was compiled as a secondary data analysis. Sources of data and information originated from the Czech Republic and abroad in the form of scholarly books, journals and electronic resources. The contents of the theoretical part is focused on explenation of terms such as obesity, its consequences, complications, ways to prevent obesity, physical activity, appropriate kinds of physical activity and its effects on the human body. Distinctive part is the chapter dealing with the myths of obesity some of them are really surprising. The second part is practical part and includes its own research. The investigation was conducted in a primary school Komenského alej in Žatec for pupils of the eighth and ninth grades. File featured 107 pupils. The research was conducted as a quantitative survey complemented by measurements of somatometric indicators. The data were collected using a custom non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire contained 14 questions and two columns separated by line for recording the exact weight and height. We checked these data at pre-agreed periods.

Charity Projects of Organizations Providing Care for Children with Disabilities in South Bohemia

The bachelor thesis "Charity Projects of Organisations Providing Care for Children with Health Disability in the Region of South Bohemia" deals with those projects that were founded by non-profit organisations and that provide care for children with health disability in the Region of South Bohemia. The aim of this thesis is to chart the charity projects of above mentioned organisations and to find out what is a proper and effective way to create them and what methods and procedures are used by non-state, non-profit organisations. The first research inquiry refers to a successful implementation of these projects. The result will be not only a realisation what kind of projetcs were created by the above mentioned organisations but also what is important for an organisation itself. Within the bounds of the second research inquiry I find out wheather there is an optimal procedure for the implementation of the charity projects of non-state, non-profit organisations. A qualitative method was used for a research part of this thesis. I used a method of a half-structured interview, a technique of a personal interview. A research group was selected for bringing the research into practice, which includes nine organisations seleceted from non-state, non-profit organisations providing a care for health disabled children in the Region of South Bohemia. It is more difficult for non-state, non-profit organisations it this field to obtain enough finances for providing services and for obtaining necessary aids than for state non-profit organisations because of different ways of fundraising . A non-state, non-profit organisation has several possibilities how to obtain necessary material and non-material sources. There are charity projects that offer means of selfless help; provided they are successful, they help the organisation to obtain necessary sources. It emerged from the research that it was very important for non-state, non-profit organisations to get a multi-source fundraising and supporters of their projects, mainly donors and sponsors, to obtain available care for children with heath disability. On the basis of the research, it is possible to state that non-state, non-profit organisations providing care for children with health disability, implemented many successful projects. The results of this thesis can be used in the way of an informative material for setting a complete view of a solution of the problems of the above mentioned organisations projects.

In the theoretical part I describe the explanation of basic concepets such as income, expenses, municipal budget and financial analysis. The practical part of this thesis describes the general and economic activity of the municipality, the overal assessment and its future development

The introduction of quality management system according to ISO 9001

The thesis describes the design process and the documents required to meet the standards associated with the effective implementation of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in organization Zinková slévárna - Ing. Karel Dítě.
In the theoretical part of the work I explain the basic concepts and issues relating to the use of literature associated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This section also describes the general process for implementing the standards within an organization. Following on from this, I have used the knowledge gained from the theoretical section within the practical part of the thesis.
The practical part of my work includes a description of the selected organization from several perspectives - it is a focus, organizational structure, customer and supplier portfolio. This section also analyses the current state of the organization and includes a proposal to meet the ISO standards. The final section contains the documents necessary for the implementation of ISO 9001 within the organization, so that the quality management system corresponds to the prescribed standards.

Effect of dairy cows housing technology on mastitis occurrence

The objective of my bachelor thesis was evaluation of quality of housing, milking and making analysis of mastitis on chosen farm.
First part of the thesis contains of literature summary about housing technologies, mastitis issues, their detection, originators, therapy and factors affects against their incidence. Thereafter is this part focused on tipes of milking parlours, corect milking procedures and mechanized milking.
Materials and methodes of the thesis contains the characteristics of chosen farm where the quality and technology of housing, milking and nutrition of milk cows and other factors affecting presence of mastitis such as taking care of cloven hooves was watched in 2014. The incidence, detection and curation of mastitis was watched afterwards. Montamilk s.r.o. farm cradles 1,200 pieces of cattle and milk cows are about 419 out of it.
In the part of thesis named results was watched and evaluated inspection of efficiency in inspecting year 2013 - 2014, which was stated on first lactated cows and on cows which are on second and further lactation. Milk yield was far better with cows on second or futher lactation according to data gathered during the study and expressed by diagram. Diagram of milk components (fat and proteins), which was divided by lactation, was expressed in this part too. Other examinated parameters was occurrence of mastitis - which milk cows, in which season is the occurrence more often, treatment and cost of treatment for one cow. At the end the number of somatic cells for 2014 was represented in diagram for particular lactations.
In part of thesis called discusion the comparison was drowed between results from chosen farm and national average of efficiency checks. From results is obvious that milk cow in Mnotamilk has been better in first lactated cows by 427 kg and in second and more lactated cows by 602 kg than is the avarage in Czech republic.
Far more the milk components in Montamilk was compared with rest of Czech republic and the results was quite similar. The volume of fat of Montamilk cows was lower in every lactation in comparison with milk cows from Czech. Value of fat in Czech republic avarage first lactated cows is 3,87 % in Montamilk 3,85 % and the value of fat on second and more lactation cows is 3,86 % in Czech average and 3,81 % in Montamilk.

Free Time Institutions for Youth up to 18 Years

Bachelor thesis deals with chosen institution for free time of children and youth. Theoretical
part is delimited for definitions of basic terms related to free time. Influence of environment
on education and educational activities and also patologies are described here. Other chapters
are dealing with definitions of leisure time spending, leisure time activities and insitutions.
Analytical part includes analysis of selected institution. The analysis is focused on
equipment, staff, services and financing. The aim is to find out whether the organization
fulfills its mission and has enough money. In the beggining of analytical history of the
institution and basic information are introduced. The results of the analysis are reviewed and
recommendations for improvement are made at the end.
