Město pro byznys: Multi-dimensional statistical analysis and the possible suggestions on how to improve the project
Krajča, Marek ; Vilikus, Ondřej (advisor) ; Šamanová, Gabriela (referee)
The main objective of my diploma thesis is multidimensional data analysis. Analyzed data come from the comparative research Město pro byznys 2013 (Eng. translation: The city for business 2013). Another goal is to propose some changes that could improve the project. Used methods for multidimensional data analysis are exploratory analysis, principal component analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis. Among others, for proposing some changes I use multi-criteria decision analysis.

A linked-data vocabulary of grey literature document types: Version 1.0
Pejšová, Petra ; Mynarz, Jindřich ; Simandlová, Tereza
The first version of the vocabulary of the types of grey literature in RDF (Resource Description Framework) is based on an analysis of grey literature typologies and a draft version of vocabulary presented on GL12. The draft version of the vocabulary of the types of grey literature was reviewed by 14-member international working group appointed to this purpose. From January until July 6, 2011 42 comments and suggestions were accepted. Subsequently, they were incorporated by the NTK (National Technical Library) team. Changes mainly redefined some collections, some document types were merged and others excluded. The major changes concerned the following collections: monographs, informative materials, datasets and research plans. By our poster we would like to introduce the first version and discuss the possibility of using it by grey literature community. The vocabulary of the types of grey literature is publicly available on http://code.google.com/p/grey-literature-typology/ . The record includes also a poster, which was a part of presentation.

Extraction of Landscape Elements from Remote Sensing Data
Ferencz, Jakub ; Kalvoda, Petr (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
This master thesis deals with a classification technique for an automatic detection of different land cover types from combination of high resolution imagery and LiDAR data sets. The main aim is to introduce additional post-processing method to commonly accessible quality data sets which can replace traditional mapping techniques for certain type of applications. Classification is the process of dividing the image into land cover categories which helps with continuous and up-to-date monitoring management. Nowadays, with all the technologies and software available, it is possible to replace traditional monitoring methods with more automated processes to generate accurate and cost-effective results. This project uses object-oriented image analysis (OBIA) to classify available data sets into five main land cover classes. The automate classification rule set providing overall accuracy of 88% of correctly classified land cover types was developed and evaluated in this research. Further, the transferability of developed approach was tested upon the same type of data sets within different study area with similar success – overall accuracy was 87%. Also the limitations found during the investigation procedure are discussed and brief further approach in this field is outlined.

Scanning electron microscopy by slow and Auger electrons
Hrnčiřík, Petr
The main goal of the work is comparison of signals in slow and Auger electrons in situ in scanning electron microscope. The project includes completion of the experimental device, accomplishment of simulations and computations of its properties and interpretation of the obtained image data.

Electromagnetic fields effects on biological and other objects
Jelínek, Josef
Cryogenic and superconductivity is not only involved in creation of static magnetic fields for physics, medicine but also for AC systems-generators, motors, transformers, power lines and finally for high frequency systems at some extent. All these applications are commonly beneficial but electromagnetic filed (EMF) exposure may sometimes lead to adverse health effect. This article reviews possible adverse health effects for completeness in the whole range of 0 Hz - 300 GHz according to International EMF WHO Project, (static fields, 50 Hz power, HF systems-radio, TV, radar, mobile phones) with some levels recommendation and standards. The last chapter is devoted to nonbiological EMF effects e.g. on computers, magnetic data and medical implants.

Category management of baby food
Wotřelová, Eva ; Koudelka, Jan (advisor) ; Procházka, Lukáš (referee)
This thesis deals with category management of baby food on the Czech market. The goal of the thesis is to determine the theoretical basis of category management and define the category management process. Subsequently, based on the analysis of primary and secondary data, will be characterized the change in current shopping behaviour of mothers. Next goal is to design a general model structure of baby food exposure and through this model to determine whether the current situation on the baby food market, in the field of presentation of products, meets the needs and desires of customers. Primary data will be collected through the quantitative on-line questionnaire survey. The source for the secondary analysis will be the data from the project Market&Media&Lifestyle, market data and shopper behaviour research 2013.

Marketing and financial data at the business plan the establishment of a home for German-speaking Seniors
Pavelcová, Denisa ; Musil, Martin (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee)
The aim of this thesis is write out marketing and financial materials, which can be used in on-going project of construction of a home for German speaking elderly close to Jindřichův Hradec. This aim will be achieved by research of quality literary sources, by external analysis, competition analysis and processing of legislative restriction. The thesis will be focused on marketing analysis and compilation of founding budget. Using a marketing analysis will be suggested a few marketing tools to reach German speaking clients. Compilation of founding budget can help to find out a bulk of needed financial funds to beginning business. In the end of thesis will be assessment of business plan.

Data processing with WWW technology
SÝKORA, Milan
This bachelor´s thesis is aimed at the description a data sources on the internet. The content shows the different way and the possibilities of processing the dates. The specific project made use of the platform PHP, installed on PC with the operating systém Windows XP, took advantage of this processing standards. That PC can be used as a webserver. All the program fies that create virtual directory of the application can be found on the enclosed CD.

Results of a rainfall-runoff model used for simulations in selected sub-basins of the Czech par of the Elbe river
Buchtele, Josef ; Košková, Romana ; Fořtová, Magda
The simulations of rainfall-runoff processes were prepared for the selected sub-basins of the Czech Labe river. The tool used for simulations was rainfall-runoff model Sacramento developed by the National Weather Service River Forecast Center. The aim of the project was to ascertain the changes int the observed and simulated runoff series caused by the geomorphological and climate conditions, by the model sensitivity to input data and by the human activities as land cover and land-use changes.
