KORTAN, Miloš
The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a computer model simulating the ten-sile stress of the material. In the introductory part of this thesis it is explained in detail what are tech-nical materials, what are their physical, mechanical and techno-logical properties. In the next part, the tests of materials are described and what they are, how they are performed and what they are used for. The penultimate part of the thesis focuses on the Solidworks program. It explains step by step the creati-on of the test bodies, and the subsequent simulation of the tensile stress of the ma-terial. The last part of this thesis describes the experimental verification of the ten-sion test. All data, graphs and their evaluation are presented.

Gajdošík, Miroslav
Subject of my bachelor's thesis is "Laboratory corrosion tests of metallic materials" examines the impact of aggressive environment and heat processing on the change of losing the weight and mechanical properties structural steel of claas 12 050. The theoretical part simply describes forms, kinds of corrosion and possibly ways how to protect machines against the corrosion. Next point in the theoretical part is corrosion tests. In the practical part is described in detail effect of corrosion degradation to change of weight loss and mechanical properties of structural steel of claas 12 050. The first part of experiment compares results of weight loss after the corrosion degradation of heat-affected and untouched samples also. In the second part exposed samples were subjected to a tensile test followed by conducting the comparison of the measured values. Practical measurement is continuously supplemented by images gradual degradation of corrosion test samples.
Analysis of mechanical properties of plastic samples produced by 3D printing technology
Jiroušek, Jan ; Joska, Zdeněk (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the determination of mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA). The theoretical part contains characteristics of polymer materials and describes testing of mechanical properties and additive technologies. In the experimental part, the standardized samples produced by the technology Fused Filament Fabrication were analysed using mechanical tests (tensile test and hardness test). Some of the examples were exposed to the selected factors of degradation. Selected parameters from mechanical testing (tensile strength, modulus of elasticity in tension, elongation and Shore hardness) were statistically processed. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the impact of the factors of degradation on particular materials and compares them subsequently.

Gajdošík, Miroslav
This master thesis Analysis of properties of the material after heat treatment, deals with the influence of heat treatment and corrosion degradation on mechanical properties of the material. In the introduction of the theoretical section are listed information regarding of the theory of heat treatment of steels. Literary research also describing diagram iron carbon, transformation diagrams IRA, ARA and dedicated to the main methods and principles of heat treatment of steels. Another part of the master thesis deals with the division and number labeling of steels. Practical part describes conducting experiments in which are compared the mechanical properties heat-treated and corrosion-treated of samples. The measurement is completed graphs of waveforms tensile tests, during which it was also made a record acoustic emissions.
Statistický monitoring pevnostních vlastností hliníku
Tymová, Jana
This diploma thesis deals with statistical monitoring of strength properties of aluminium. The theoretical part is focused on the description of mechanical properties of aluminium, the influence of corrosion on aluminium and its alloys, the use of aluminium in various industries. Furthermore, the theoretical part presents statistical monitoring with a focus on the Minitab program. In the practical part there is experimental measurment which includes the comparison of results, in which the tensile properties of aluminium not influenced by corrosion are compared with effects of the corrosion bath, with impacted samples that were in the corrosion chamber for 300, 500 and 700 hours. Furthermore, there are presented various statistical methods for evaluation of tensile test results.
Protikorozní ochrana hořčíkových slitin
Pala, Libor
This thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part. Corrosion of metals and her distribution are described in theoretical part of this thesis. Detailed description of magnesium, its mechanical properties, methods of production and industrial use follows. Magnesium alloys, influence of alloying elements on their mechanical properties, their classification and industrial use are characterized after that. Methods of corrosion protection of magnesium alloys are defined at the end of theoretical part of this thesis. In the experimental part of this thesis protective anticorrosive coating was applied to tested samples. Two different methods of application were used. Tested samples were subjected to corrosion test in salt chamber. Material weight loss of tested samples was measured. Tensile test of tested samples was performed after that. Influence of anticorrosion coating application on protective properties of tested samples was evaluated in conclusion.
Hodnocení změny mechanických vlastností svařenců po tepelném zpracování
Tymová, Jana
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the change of mechanical properties of weldments after heat treatment and the influence of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of the material. The work is focused on characterization of methods in welding technology. First part of the work describes an individual types of welding. Welding is divided into melt and pressure, which is further subdivided into other types of welding. Some of the selected types of welding are described more specifically. The experimental measurement is described in the practical part of the thesis. The mechanical properties of heat-affected and influenced samples are compared. Experimental measurements consisted of a hardness test and a tensile test. Measurements are complemented by graphs from the tensile test.
Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Bimetallic Materials with Clad Layer of Inconel
Sýkora, Milan ; Joska, Zdeněk (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of mechanical properties of bimetallic materials with clad layer of Inconel. In the theoretical part of the work there is an analysis of the investigated bimetallic material. The following is a description of mechanical tests and methods for evaluating the integrity of the surface, which were used to determine the properties of bimetallic material. The experimental part focuses on individual tests of mechanical properties of the material. For each test, the procedure for the production of test specimens, a description of the test equipment, the performance of the tests, the evaluation of the data obtained and finally, the evaluation of the results obtained are given.

Determination of the mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing
Černý, Martin ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The thesis deals with the determination of mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing (ABS, nylon and PLA). Standardized samples produced using a 3D printer using the Fused Deposition Modeling method were subsequently used for mechanical testing. The work is also extended to determine the mechanical properties of samples made by Soft Tooling. For the production of Soft Tooling samples, polyurethane resins SG 2000 and SG 145 were used. Individual materials were analyzed by mechanical tests (tensile test and hardness test). Surface integrity parameters have also been determined for 3D-printed materials. Parameters were selected from the individual tests (tensile strength, modulus of elasticity) ductility and hardness), which were subsequently statistically processed. The work is concluded by evaluating the results obtained, which were compared with the values given in material sheets.
