Bachelor’s thesis called “The proposal solution in system of employee’s benefits in the company voestalpine PROFILFORM s.r.o.” concerns the issue of offered employee’s benefits and the solution to their taxation from the point of view of both the employer and the employee. Questionnaire survey examines the satisfaction of the employees of the voestalpine PROFILFORM s.r.o. with the offered employee’s benefits. Work proposes an optimal employee’s benefits system.

The bachelor thesis is focused on labor relations of self-employed employer. Major aim of this work is reducing of personnel costs of particular employer at the current number of employees. The topic is discussed in general terms in accordance with the applicable legislation in the theoretical part. The second part of this work is focused on the analysis of the expences related to labor costs of the selected employer. Several suggestions for optimizing personnel expences in order to find the best solution are listed in the third chapter.

It focuses on optimizing wage and personnel costs of the employer in connection with seasonal production, which is linked to the unequally structured need of employees in production during the calendar year. The bachelor thesis evaluates the current situation of the entrepreneur in the field of labor relations and based on the analysis proposed a solution usable for saving the wage and personal costs of the employer.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the problem of the labor-law relationships from the optimization of expenses point of view and the costs when the outsourcing is used are compared. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the definition of concepts from the perspective of law, economics, and taxes. In the practical part of this thesis the question of labor-law relationships of the mercantile company is being discussed and quantified expenses linked to outsourcing are calculated. Based on the performed analyses some real-world solutions leading to the optimization of the company's expenses are suggested.
