The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is an elaboration of documentation for construction of an apartment house in Brno, district of Brno-Sadová. This is a detached building on a slightly sloping ground with three floors above ground and one underground floor with 10 residential units. The basement floor is designed from forged blocks a lost shuttering. Ground floor consists of a design system of ceramic bricks. Ceiling construction are monolithic reinforced concrete and building roofing is solved by warm flat roof

This bachelor thesis concerns the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Lanškroun. The aim of the thesis is work out a layout of the building and design a suitable construction system. Design documentation complies with valid standards and regulations. The program AutoCAD was used for processing. The proposed building has three storeys and a partial basement. The apartment building has 8 flats and one of them is designed for a barrier-free. The vertical refit works above ground are designed as clay masonry, masonry consists of permanent formwork in the basement. Horizontal ceiling structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The apartment building is covered warm flat roof. The building is based on foundation strips.
Family house in Rokytnice nad Rokytnou

This bachelor thesis solves the design of a family house in Rokytnice nad Rokytnou in the district of Třebíč. The family house is designed as a two-story building with a basement, warm flat roof and a garage for two cars. The design respects the nature of the surrounding area and makes full use of the site. Designed for 4 to 6 people. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of Porotherm ceramic fittings and insulated with polystyrene. The perimeter walls of the above-mentioned floors are also made of Porotherm ceramic fittings with embedded thermal insulation. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The plot is mostly flat. The thesis contains the drawing and documentation in the form of the implementation project, the design includes also the thermal technical assessment, the fire safety solution, the acoustic assessment and the lighting assessment.

The final thesis is focused on a new building of School of arts in Valašské Meziříčí. The object has three floors, it has a basement and two above-ground floors witch a flat roof. A loadbearing structure is made of skeleton - reinforced concrete monolithic columns and reinforced concrete monolithic floor slabs. Filling masonry is made of ceramic tiles. Object has thermal insulation by mineral wool. Detailed solution of final thesis deals with the solution of main building School of arts, where are the schoolrooms and technical facilities. In the other parts of the object are a staff facilities, multipurpose hall, café and underground garage.

The land, which the building is situated on, is located in the city of Olomouc. The structure consist of five above-ground floors and one underground floor, where a garage is designed. The vertical supporting construction are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete columns, the horizontal of reinforced concrete cast-in-place boards, other vertical walls are made of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. A subject of bachelor thesis is a new apartment building and the processing of the design documentation for construction. The apartment building is located in a quiet part of a town Zubří, near the city center. The surrounding area consists mainly of apartment buildings. This object is detached with a cellar and four floors. There are spacious maisonettes in the third and fourth floor, which have terraces in the fourth floor. A car park is located close to the building. In immediate proximity there is established a wheelchair access to the object via an outdoor lift. Vertical supporting structures in the above-ground floor are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm, in basement they consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, they are made of ceramic beams and ceramic inserts Miako. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and the top of the building is a warm flat roof.

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of a multifunctional building. The object is located in village of Vsetín, set in flat terrain. The building is divided to 3 objects. Objects A and C are designed as a residential buildings, object B is the office building. The multifunctional building is with basement, it has four above-ground floors and its roofed with warm flat roof. The structural system of a building is made from ceramic blocks Heluz Family 30 with etics, structures and ceillings are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a new-build house of a detached house, designed for the housing of a four-member family. The object is located in a foothill area on a sloping terrain, accessible from adjacent local service communications. To the building leading a front door staircase and a terrain staircase leading to the main entrance on the first floor. Along the staircase leading the ramp to the garage door in the basement. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building foundations are formed by foundation strips of plain concrete. The staircase and the ramp are separated by a gravity reinforced concrete wall due to the height elevation. The structural system of walls and ceilings are designed in the Porotherm system. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof is made of warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Access to the roof is by a steel ladder with a protective basket placing on the facade. In the basement there are a garage, three storage rooms and a workshop. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry, a living room, a technical room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wardrobe and a terrace. On the first floor there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.

The main goal of this thesis is elaboration of a project documentation for the building permission of nearly zero energy office building with BIM, and assessment of the designed building by methodology for multicriteria evaluation of buildings. The building is located on a slightly sloped site of former military barracks in Valašské Meziříčí. The building is intended as offices for ENERGIS company. The building has rectangular floor plan (approx. 32 x 22 m). The building has three floors. There is café, reception, technical and storage facilities on the first floor. The second and third foor contain offices, meeting rooms and staff facilities. All floors are wheelchair accessible. The building has a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame and warm flat roof. Infill walls are made of ceramics blocks. The facade wall is covered with ventilated facade with timber cladding.
