Bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu v Lanškrouně. Cílem práce je vyřešit dispozici budovy a navrhnout vhodný konstrukční systém. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována v souladu s platnými právními a technickými předpisy. Pro její zpracování je využito programu AutoCAD. Navržená budova má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepena. Bytový dům má 8 bytových jednotek, z nichž jedna je navržena pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu. Svislé nosné konstrukce nad terénem jsou z keramického zdiva, v suterénu je zdivo ze ztraceného bednění. Stropní konstrukci tvoří železobetonová monolitická deska. Bytový dům je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. This bachelor thesis concerns the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Lanškroun. The aim of the thesis is work out a layout of the building and design a suitable construction system. Design documentation complies with valid standards and regulations. The program AutoCAD was used for processing. The proposed building has three storeys and a partial basement. The apartment building has 8 flats and one of them is designed for a barrier-free. The vertical refit works above ground are designed as clay masonry, masonry consists of permanent formwork in the basement. Horizontal ceiling structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The apartment building is covered warm flat roof. The building is based on foundation strips.
