This thesis deals with the issue of labor relations in terms of optimization of wage costs. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the basic terms of the employment relationship in all its forms its legal requirements of both the employee and by the employer. This thesis focuses primarily on the Establishment of an employment relationship. The analytical part aims to analyze the current state of our elected branches of employers and suggest possible solutions to problems relating to staff shortages.

This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between an employer and an employee in the ABC company. The theoretical part decribes the fundemental terms of employment relations from the legal, economical, tax and accounting point of view. The terms are further used in the analytic part of this thesis. On the basis of the analysis dealing with the current situation there are suggested possible solutions to the issue of a shortage of qualified employees.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the matters of labour law relations at the selected employer. The theoretical part explains concepts related to labour law relations from a juristic, fiscal, economic and accounting perspectives. Based on the analysis of the the current situation of the contractor in the field of labour law relations, possible solutions to his problem are suggested, which is lack of employees in connection with the retirement of the employees.
