Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovněprávních vztahů z hlediska optimalizace mzdových nákladů. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na základní pojmy pracovněprávního vztahu, všechny jeho formy a zákonem stanovené náležitosti jak ze strany zaměstnance, tak ze strany zaměstnavatele. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje především na vznik pracovního poměru. Analytická část má za cíl, analyzovat současný stav námi zvolené pobočky a navrhnout zaměstnavateli možná řešení problémů týkajících se nedostatku zaměstnanců. This thesis deals with the issue of labor relations in terms of optimization of wage costs. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the basic terms of the employment relationship in all its forms its legal requirements of both the employee and by the employer. This thesis focuses primarily on the Establishment of an employment relationship. The analytical part aims to analyze the current state of our elected branches of employers and suggest possible solutions to problems relating to staff shortages.
