Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovněprávních vztahů z hlediska optimalizace mzdových nákladů ve vybrané stavební společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se pracovněprávních vztahů z právního, daňového a ekonomického hlediska. Na základě analýzy současného stavu pracovněprávních vztahů zaměstnavatele jsou navržena řešení, která vedou k optimalizaci mzdových nákladů. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of employment relations in terms of optimizing wage costs in a selected construction company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to employment relations from a legal, tax and economic point of view. Based on the analysis of the current state of employment relations of the employer, solutions are proposed that lead to the optimization of wage costs.
