Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovněprávními vztahy, konkrétně optimalizací mzdových nákladů. Vysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se pracovního práva, popisuje postup vzniku a zániku pracovního poměru. Dále bakalářská práce hodnotí současnou ekonomickou situaci Prosperity Financial Services a.s. a navrhuje možnosti, kterými by bylo možné snížit její náklady. The bachelor thesis deals with employment relations, specifically with the optimization of wage costs. It explains the basic concepts related to labor law, describes the procedure for the establishment and termination of employment. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis evaluates the current economic situation of Prosperity Financial Services a.s. and suggests ways to reduce its costs.
