Crisis in international financial markets

In my final thesis, I try to outline the issues of the crisis in international financial markets. The aim is to describe the important causes and catalysts which stand behind the recent global crisis. Work primarily refers to deficiencies in regulation and risky transaction, the decisions of people who are now looking for cure for infected economy. Much of the work deals with the analysis of the causes of the crises which had disastrous impact on the markets. The reader should be also be familiarized with the currently discussed reforms in the regulation and supervision of financial markets.

Vývoj světových akciových indexů a jejich trendy

Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s akciovými indexy, základními indikátory vývoje akciových trhů. Po uvedení základních pojmů souvisejících s akciovými indexy, jsou vymezeny základní teoretické a praktické přístupy k analýze akciových trhů. Ve snaze osvětlit vývoj současných akciových indexů a průměrů, je v další části aplikována fundamentální analýza na vybrané představitele akciových indexů. Hlavní část analytické práce se však věnuje závislosti vybraných světových akciových indexů a průměrů na pozadí krize amerického hypotečního trhu.

The Marketing Activities Analysis of the Firm Hennlich Industrietechnik, s.r.o.

The diploma work deals with analysis of marketing aktivities in the firm Hennlich Industrietechnik, s.r.o. targeting the communication with the customer, competition and inside the firm interior too. In the particular chapters there are solved the applications of the communication mix instruments, different approach of the managers to the marketing management in the separate branche offices, the efficiency of marketing activities and their influence on the firm turnover and profit. The work compares the economic results of the separate branch offices and looks for the continuity with the results of marketing aktivities. Further the work points out to the negatives and mistakes of the marketing and tries to find the way to the marketing efficiendy increase.

Regulace vs. Prohibice

Tato práce je věnována pojmům regulace a prohibice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí (teoretické a praktické). Závěrem teoretické části jsou vyhodnoceny dopady regulace a prohibice a argumenty pro a proti jejich aplikaci. V druhé, praktické části práce jsou pojmy regulace a prohibice znázorněny na praktických příkladech trhu s drogami a trhu s farmaceutiky. Výsledkem této části práce je zjištění, že aplikace regulace a prohibice vede k diametrálně odlišné informovanosti spotřebitelů, směřuje k odlišným typům produkce a distribuce a odlišnému vývoji cen v čase na obou trzích.
