Intensity of Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method according to heart rate
Soukupová, Vendula ; Holá, Iveta (advisor) ; Vorálková, Jitka (referee)
Tittle: The intensity of the Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method according to heart rate Objective: The objective is to determine the level of exercise intensity of Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method through assessment of the dynamics of probands's heart rate. Method: Method of measuring heart rate through sport testers and written inquiries (specifically to detect weight, height, age, gender, any health ailments and frequency of sports activities per week) was used to reach the objective of this work Results: Set of information was acquired by measurement and questioning. These research data has served in the first phase for answering scientific questions raised in this work. Furthermore, it will be used as a working tool for the author of this work and for instructors of group lessons of Bosu and Pilates type. Conclusions will serve them to extend their knowledge about the reaction of the organism (by evaluating heart rate) for this type of lessons, particularly on the intensity of the lesson. The work will also serve as the basic building material for extension of the researched subject in a dissertation Keywords: Pilates method, Bosu Strength, heart rate, intensity, sporttester
Functional verification of selected running Sport-Testers equipped with GPS
Jurič, Miroslav ; Kovářová, Lenka (advisor) ; Horčic, Josef (referee)
Name of the author: Bc. Miroslav Jurič Supervisor: Mgr. Lenka Kovářová, Ph.D., MBA Title: Functional verification of selected running Sport-Testers equipped with GPS Objectives: The main object of this thesis is to compare an accuracy between compared sport testers using GPS to measure distance and geodetic devices in different environments and conditions. Followed by attesting or disproving hypothesis about measure accuracy in each instrument and the influence of technological instrumental advancement on speed of connection and measuring accuracy. Methods: The measure divergency of the used sport testers was thanks to % counted from the difference of measured values on different tests and different conditions beside of the golden standard. Measured values were statistically evaluated. Results: During the accuracy measurement on straightforward dial-up section was found in Garmin 910 TX with the average deviation -0,15%, Garmin 620 -0,19%, Polar RC3 -0,25 %, Suunto Ambit 2R -0,26%, Adidas Smart Run -0,43 %. On the curvilinear section was the average deviation of Garmin 910 TX -0,48 %, Garmin 620 -1,025%, Polar RC3 -0,8 %, Suunto Ambit 2R -0,755%, Adidas Smart Run -2,885 %. Keywords: GPS, sport tester, sports training, navigation system.
Testing of maximal heart rate in swimming flume
Hubička, Tomáš ; Jurák, Daniel (advisor) ; Chrzanowská, Babeta (referee)
Title: Testing of maximal heart rate in a swimming flume Objectives: Pilot study using the methodology for testing the maximum heart rate in swimming flume, functioning as a swimming trainer. An alternative method for determining maximum heart rate by each swimmer. Methods: Due to the basis of the pilot study, a methodology for heart rate max. testing was created. A sample of probands was chosen to study Physical Education and Sport of the students who are former or still active swimmers. A sporttester was used to detect a heart rate. Data processing was made by Polar Precision Performance programe. For the submaximal swimmer speed detection probands went through a CSS test. Speed obtained from this test was further used for warming of probands before the graded strain test started up to the maximal heart rate of probands. Results: By the CSS test is obtained the individual speed of swimming at the ANP level of each of the probands in meters per second. This was further used as the speed for warming in the graded test up to the maximal heart rate of probands. The results are showing that four of six probands reached the maximum heart rate level in comparison with a theoretical calculation of the maximum heart rate. Key words: swimming flume, swimming speed, maximum heart rate, Critical Swim Speed,...
Floorball goalkeeper conditioning
Koráb, Jakub ; Křiček, Jan (advisor) ; Tůma, Martin (referee)
The title of the work: Floorball goalkeeper conditioning The aim of the work: Based on the identified needs for floorball goalkeeper conditioning the diploma thesis deals with composing the manual for stimulating their specific demands. Methodology: The essentials of the work are both foreign and Czech literature searches dealing with the given issue, measuring functional ability with a sporttester and maximum heart rate laboratory measurement. Based on floorball goalkeeping functional requirements two main areas of stimulation have been defined - speed and speed endurance. The work has been consulted with the renowned conditioning trainers - namely e.g. Josef Bruk (ice hockey goaltending), PhDr. Aleš Kaplan (basketball, football, athletics) and PaeDr. Miroslav Špalek (football goalkeeping, tennis). Outcomes: Measured values of heart rate during floorball goalkeeping performance have reached over 70 % of goalkeepers' maximum heart rate. The measured data show high demands on conditioning component of floorball goalkeeping and the need for its continuous improvement for better performance. As with growing heart rate combine some negative impacts on performance - tiredness and concentration problems. It is possible to influence versatile fitness, adapt organism to physical load and develop specific...
Heart rate during training and match load at pupil floorball team TJ Spartak Pelhřimov
KOVÁŘ, Jakub
This work presents a comparison of the size of the load anaerobic older pupils in floorball during the training process and in a competitive match. In one month took place in 'Spartak Pelhřimov in three aprobantů heart rate monitor. Data were processed using these sport testers Foreruner Garmin and Polar RS 400. Subsequently, an evaluation of the individual measured data. Carried out the research, we found that the measurements during a training session and competition matches, was demonstrated similar and different maximum average heart rate for all three of floorball.
Analysis assumptions and daily energy expenditure of students on Faculty of Education University of South Bohemia on cross-country skiing course\\
KŘÍŽENECKÝ, Daniel
The aim of the bachelor thesis is analyse the physical presumptions and the daily energetic regime of certain students from the Faculty of Education, Univerzity of South Bohemia, who attended a cross country skying course. The main goal of the thesis consists in comparing the results of students tested before, during and after the course. Selected and properly advised individuals will endure the inicial process of measuring in the KTVS laboratory. Afterwards, a two-week period of monitoring values and registering daily energetic income and expenditure within the course will be executed. The final evaluation will be also held in the KTVS laboratory. Subsequently, the measured values will be elaborated and compared to one another. The results obtained should answer the following questions: What was the impact of the course on the participants? Has the participants' performance been improved or has it remained unchanged? Has the nutrition been sufficient to their energetic expenditure?
Analysis of the energy performance of the second half of the study program of physical education and sport at the University of South Bohemia
HANZLÍK, Michal
The aim of this bachelor thesis is an energetic demand during second half of the field physical education study at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Necessary data were obtained during forth and fifth semester, at winter skying course in Alp d'Huez and winter snowboarding course in Vars. In theoretical part we are following up matters connected to the given topic, especially physiology. In the empiric part we are describing the measured group, work organisation, used appliances, structure of teaching units and measurement results.
