House on a Sloping Building Site

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design for a new detached house on a slope, which is situated in the cadester area of the Down of Zbraslavice. The building is a two-floor house with a partial basement, which is designed for a four-member family. The house is detached. The vertical load-bearing structures are walled with clay blocks Porotherm, insulated with a contact thermal insulation system from expanded polystyren slabs. The basement is walled with permanent formwork Best and insulated with contact thermal insulation system from extruded polystyrene slabs. The building is roofed with a mono-pitched roof with 5- degree slope and exposed rafters. A garage for two cars is a part of the house.
Family house in a slope

The bachelor´s work deals with a new building of a family house set in a sloping terrain to the extent of the documentation for the building execution. The designed family house is a two-storeyed one roofed over with a single pitched roof. As a part of the building there is a garage for one parking place and a terrace accessible from the second storey. The new building is designed for the 4 – 5 member family.
Accommodation

This Master's thesis deals with design of accommodation facility. The building si situated in the town of Boskovice, close to sports complex Červená zahrada. The buiding was built on slope. It contains three above floor, one basement floor which is accsesible from the ground. On the basement floor, there is sports complex. On the first floor, there is restaurant. The second and the third floor is intended for accommodation. The building has capacity of 50 beds. These are divided into one to four-bed rooms. The bricked construction system is made of sand-lime blocks. The ceilings are from prestressed concrete floor slab. The buiding has green roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Detached house with bakery

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the house with a bakery in Nový Jičín. It is a two floors detached building on sloping terrain. Construction has dissected plan, a basement and a covered by flat roof. On the first floor there is bakery composed of a bakery shop, bakery, backgrounds for employees (toilet, shower, living room, dressing room), offices, warehouses and utility room. Next the bakery is a separate garage. By outdoor staircase we can get to the second floor where are a hall, guest room (study), bathroom, separate WC, two children´ s rooms, bedrooms with private bathrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room with access to the outdoor terrace.

The subject of this bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located in city part Štýřice in Brno. It is a detached building located on a sloping terrain. The building consists of three floors and one floor partially embedded into the terrain. The basement will serve as storage space with technical utilities and collective garage. Rest of the apartment house will serve for housing. . In the apartment building are 14 flats. The building is based on foundation strips made of reinforced concrete. Construciton of vertical supporting are made of ceramic block Porotherm. The ceilings are from prefabricated panels Spiroll. The roof of the building consists of a flat roof with a vegetation layer.

The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for new detached house in Vsetin. The house has two floors. The shape of the house is rectangular. The house is suitable for housing 4 persons. It is partly sunk into the ground. It is designed from formwork. The roof is designed above the main part of the building as the awnings, whose structure consists of trusses. Over part of the property where there is a living room with a kitchen, a gabled roof.
Multifunctional Building Brno

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is design of mixed-use building in Brno. It is terraced house in the district of Brno-Líšeň on the parcel between Novolíšeňská street and Josefy Fiamonové street. Building has mostly housing function and there is also cafe and fitness centre. Desing of the building is based on the sloping terrain and construction system. Overground part of the building consists of containers from firm Intecon, underground part is designed from reinforced concrete. Object has three main mass and they copy the terrain in floor plan (object is open to south around contour line) and also in section, only lowest part protrude from the slope like console. In the north part of building is placed cafe, fitness centre and entrance into the stacket parking and it schields housing part from the busy road (Novolíšeňská street) and it is open to quiet south, where are flat‘s and cafe‘s terraces and they have a great view of Brno. Space between three main parts is filled with a stacket parking in the north and in the lowest floor there are places for all residents. Facade combines white, grey and black color. White render signs housing part, grey render signs part of services and because of using diverse windows in the north part, there is a black facade, perforated continuously according to interior lithing needs and it unite the north facade. On the side facades there are square windows in diferent sizes and there are also container constructions shown ahead of the surface and it gives some system to the facade. Southern facade is mostly glazed and in the lowest floor there are vertical windows.
Apartment building

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house. The building is designed as a free-storey house on a sloping terrain facing the south side. The entrance of the house is oriented the north-eastern side. In the same section of the house there is also vestibule, garage, hallway with staircase, bathroom with a toilet, guest room, a children room, workroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen with access to the terace. On the sekond floor there is a priváte priváte zone whitch consists of children room, a bedroom with dressing room, toilet, bathroom and werehause for needs. In the underground floor there is technical room, a food store, corridor with shelves, sitting with kitchenette, toilet, relaxation room and garden tools. In the underground floor are two extrances to the garden. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south and east which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceilings are composed of panel spiroll. The building is covered above the 1st floor with a vegetation roof with a slope of 2% and over the 2nd floor with a hut roof made of trussed trusses.
Detached house, Horní Lhota

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to develop the design documentation for the construction of the detached house with an establishment which is a design office. It is single-family home which is half-buried into the sloping terrain. The building has partial basement, one ground floor and attic rooms. Functionally it is divided into two parts, which are detached house for five-member family and design office for four colleagues, the design office is single-storey. Both parts are connected. The structure of the building is proposed as traditional masonry building, the external walls in the basement are from concrete blocks of permanent formwork. The internal walls in the basement and also the walls on the ground floor and in attic rooms are from brick blocks. The floor-structures are proposed as half-prefabricated rib-and-filler system Miako with concrete grout. The roof structure of the detached house is designed as traditional timber roof truss with middle purlins, which are supported by walls in attic rooms. There is proposed insulation over rafters with exposed rafters in the interior. The roof structure of the design office is warm flat roof with a 3% slope, the roof drainage is provided by rain gutter, which is situated in the north-west side, where is no parapet wall. The facade of the building will be made as ventilated, external wall finish is combination of concrete and timber cladding.
The Apartment block

The subject of this thesis is an apartment house villa type. This house is designed wall system porotherm, ceilings are monolithic concrete and roofed building is a combination of flat roofs and truss. The house is in its conception conceived as a single-storey with different heights of dwellings, replicating outdoor terrain, only part of the plan is a two-storey building. The building is composed of four separate apartments, each with its own main entrance and access to the garden.
