Psychic burden of a kindergarten teacher during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of psychological stress in job of kindergarten teachers. More specifically, it discusses the burden during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic. The aim of the work is to ascertain how the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic affected the interviewed kindergarten teachers.The theoretical part presents the topic of stress and burden in connection with the profession of kindergarten teacher. The thesis is also aimed to burnout syndrome and its prevention. The empirical part centeres to the analysis of data obtained through qualitative research. The questions of the semistructured interview with the five kindergarten teachers concerned mainly the experience of the situation, the changes due to the pandemic and the burnout syndrome. Final results showed that the situation was more difficult for kindergarten teachers, paradoxically they did not show any symptoms of increased mental stress.

I have used a quantitative study for my research that aims to compare soldiers with the norms of the standardized questionnaire SVF-78 in selected subscales and compare two research sets of soldiers, different ages, and determine whether the length of service shares the rate of use of positive strategy.
Development of mindfulness in preschool children

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of mindfulness, its benefits and possibilities of development in preschool children. It explains the concept of mindfulness, the ways of its development and its relation to enhancement of emotional intelligence, resilience, and its significance for psychological well-being. Author's own experience with practising mindfulness is presented as a part of an action research that focuses on practising mindfulness in preschool. Thesis also contains a list of other activities that could be used for a preschool children's mindful practise.

Family Resiliency of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

The aim of this diploma thesis is to research the area of family resiliency of children with autism spectrum disorder. The theoretical part deals with the resiliency phenomenon in general, stressful situations and strategies for their management by so-called coping mechanisms. This part is followed by family resilience, which provides brief description of the concept of the family, family resiliency itself and then informs readers about the specific models of family resiliency, out of which the most well-known concept comes from the McCubbins. The third chapter of the diploma thesis focuces on a family of a child with a disability. This part of the diploma thesis explains how the family responds to the child's disability, what adaptation phases they go through, and also reflects factors that can have positive impact on the adaptation of the family in a difficult life situation. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of autism spectrum disorders. It helps the readers understand the topic of autism spectrum disorders, their manifestations, partial diagnoses and also the effects of autism spectrum disorders on the family of an autistic child. The aim of this thesis is to through interviews with selected experts from both countries - the Czech Republic and Estonian Republic - find lessons and/or best practices in the areas of disinformation and strategic communication applicable to the Czech and Estonian state. I will gradually try to answer several substantive questions. How do selected experts perceive the resilience of the Czech Republic and Estonian Republic against disinformation? What specific methods do both countries use in combating disinformation? Do they have practical or theoretical knowledge and skills that can benefit the other country?
Abstinence among young adults

Based on current research and yearly reports of consumption of addictive substances where the Czech Republic repeatedly ends up at the top of the rankings while also having fewer people who abstain from addictive substances in comparison to European standards, we've decided to understand more about the experience of people who abstain. So far the research wasn't too focused on the people who abstain from addictive substances therefore the aim of this work is to get a holistic perspective of their lives. A group of young adults who have been abstaining from addictive substances for some time and therefore can reflect on their experiences have been selected as participants in the study. Fifteen different experiences with abstinence have been collected through semi-structured interviews. The first phase of data analysis (Analysis I) reviews and compares the responses, and in the second phase (Analysis II) we've worked with the central category that is common among the interviews. Psychological resilience has been established as a strong common basis among all respondents which represents a supportive factor against conformity to a society that has different patterns of consumption of addictive substances than respondents. Resolving DifficultSituations in Pre-school Children Using Methods and Techniques of Dramatic Theory

The diploma thesis is focused on preschool children and resolving their challenging life situations using techniques and methods of drama education (hereinafter referred to as DE). The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the use of DE techniques and methods is effective in mastering the safe and correct behavior of preschool children in selected challenging situations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I focus on the definition of the term RV, its process, purposes, principles, techniques and methods, as well as the environment and conditions. I also summarize the characteristics of preschool age.In the practical part, I focus on what are the dangerous, crisis and especially challenging situations in which preschool children may find themselves. I state how the solution of the given situations should look right, therefore safe. From the reactions of children during dramatization and from the answers during the interview, it is clear what children imagine under the concept of danger and difficult situations. I watch how with the help of DE children learn to behave in given situations.
