This bachelor’s thesis deals with analysing and proposing of public order by the building firm Chládek a Tintěra a.s. This process contains planning, organising, leading people, controlling and realization of project from proposals to archiving documents. The aim of thesis to suggest changes leading to the time reduction of order process and cost saves.

Railway Station Mikulášovice dolní nádraží Procedures of Works

This theses aims to propose two alternatives of optimised construction procedures for the reconstruction of the railway station Mikulášovice dolní nádraží. The reconstruction is based on the design provided by Metroprojekt Praha a.s. Each alternative describes suitable mechanization, coordination of works, including needed number of workers, coordination of the works and the total implentation cost analysis. As the thesis deals with reconstruction, it also considers substitute transportation plan. The details are summarized in extensive schedules. The two alernative are compared and evaluated.

Subcontract Management in a Construction Company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the description of subdelivery management in a construction company. The work is focused on a given problem from the perspective of the contracting authority, as well as from the perspective of the subcontractor himself. The text is divided to two parts. The theoretical part explains the given terminology, while the practical part represents a specific construction company and describes various systems used for subdelivery management of the given company. Part of the work is dedicated to the analysis of subdelivery management in a previously delivered contract, followed by my own delivery companies management procedure.

This bachelor´s thesis deal with structure of internal culture of SolidVision company and its influence on the effective performance of employees. It points out the problems of the company and explains how these problems affects running of the company and effectiveness of the work. It includes suggestions, procedures and recommendations for improving the company´s culture, which can lead to the better prosperity and more effective work.

Master thesis high-rack storage area spo - selected parts of ctp covers technological studies throughout the building, the construction division, building and engineering structures, preparation of normal technology, mechanical engineering time and financial plan. Also master thesis focuses more on building a major object of the building, which is the storage, dispatch and administrative part of high-rack storage area spo. Building on this subject is further developed such documentation and other documents that complement and prescribe requirements for faster, easier, safer, better and technologically accurate realization of this phase.

It concentrates on the offer propagation using online tools and social networks, and gives the instruction how to deal with the solution of selling on the internet.

Preparation of realization of University dormitory BUT

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare the realization of college dormitories for the Brno University of Technology. A technical docummentation for the construction-technological project, transport routes design, time and financial schedule, budget according to technical – economic indicators, main technological stages implementation study, construction project, main construction machines proposal, time plan, and an item budget of the main construction object is prepared. An integral part of this thesis are the technological regulations, including control and test plans. And at the end the LEED certification and the health and safety plan were prepared.
