Marketing Activities of a Newly Established Real Estate Agency

Presented master thesis deals with marketing activities of a new real estate office in its initial stages of establishment. First chapter defines terms used in marketing and real estate environment. Following chapter comprises analysis of current state, the subject of research and its surroundings are monitored using analysis of marketing activities. Furthermore, using results of these analysis, problems are determined along with milestones leading to their rectification. Also, an operation procedure of this thesis is described, as well as conducted marketing research which focused on gathering inputs for design part of the thesis. All analysis and marketing research yield topics that are later used in design part of this thesis, suggestions leading toward formation of marketing activity concept are presented. These suggestions are evaluated in a following part of the thesis, merits for the subject are also described.

This bachelor thesis is about working of RE/MAX Dynamic company. The subject is the analysis of marketing mix tools current situation of this company. Because it is real estate agency, the main subject is put into the tertiary sector, services. First part of this thesis, theoretical part, describe the concept of the marketing mix with the help of its individual tools. The second part of the thesis is a practical part that evaluates the marketing mix of a particular company. In the end, recommendations and measures are proposed through a newly developed marketing mix and SWOT analysis. This work is not only for study purposes, but mainly as an aid to the development of a given real estate agency.

Analysis of real estate market using information on Internet

This thesis was created as a helping tool to estimate the price of properties by comparative method, which needs a database of properties. This database is created by a program. The main aim of this thesis is to create an application in Python language, which will search through contents of websites of a chosen real estate portal in Czech Republic. The next aim of this thesis is to create program which will search for real estate according to chosen criteria. The purpose of these criteria is to compare and estimate the price of properties. In the theoretical part of this thesis I will describe data mining and architecture of data mining. In the practical part I will design an aplication and in the end I will implement it. This aplication will go through websites and obtain data about real estate offices, their advertisements and photos of advertisements. For easier work with the output file that contains the advertisements, I created an application for searching individual advertisements based on users specification. This program allows to quickly search for the requested data from the output file. These data are subject to further work, it is possible to analyse them and create interesting statistics and maps.
Convergent Mobile Technology Solutions for Corporate Customers

Bachelor’s thesis deals with ways how to use convergent solutions of mobile technologies as benefit for corporate customers, especially small real estate agency. Theoretical area describes basic voice and data transfer’s principles and technologies in mobile networks. Second part analyse key working processes and tries to reveal deficiencies in current real estate agency’s telecommunication system. Practical proposal shows how to remove discovered deficiencies by adjustment of key working processes and afterwards apply the most useful functionalities of convergent solution. In the end there is a costs comparison between current and suggested telecommunication system.
Influence of Advertising on Real Estate Buying Decisions

Detailed phase defines the different types of advertisings and actors entering in the real estate market, as between sellers and buyers than among the intermediaries as well. If the real estate agency want to apply or increase sales through certain advertising, is the task of this work determine which target groups to use for specific kind of advertising.

Proposal of Measures for Improving the Quality of Services in the Area of the Facilitation of Real Estate Trading

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse development in arranging of the real estate transactions in the Czech Republic after 1989 and describe contemporary condition. Contemporary condition was analysed as unsatisfactory. There does not exist any law that would regulate real estate market, neither is there a duty to proof a professional training or ability for the business. Real estate agencies do not have a good reputation in the Czech Republic and with many citizens they are unfavourable. As a reaction upon contemporary unsatisfactory situation, the Economic Bureau of the Czech Chamber of Deputies elected an operative group that is supposed to maintain a survey of the contemporary situation in the real estate market and suggest possible solutions. This work aims also to analyse the suggested solutions and to supply solutions that would be missing.
