BRAUNEROVÁ, T. Managerial conception of homelessness in Brno. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2020. The bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of homelessness. Aim of the thesis is to map homelessness and then propose recommendations for its reduction. The analytical part deals with the sum of financial costs for the homeless, where it is found that they annually exceed the amount of 7 billion Czech crowns. Furthermore, quantitative and qualitative research is carried out here. Quantitative research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 70 people. Qualitative research was carried out with the help of a structured interview, which was conducted by 7 people. The results show that the homeless have the biggest problem with handling official matters, taking responsibility and solitude. The recommendations set out steps to solve these issues.
Czech sports television stations on social networks: comparison of private and public service channel

The topic of the thesis is a comparison of Czech public and commercial sports television in the presentation on social networks. The thesis aims to map the current state of social network management of domestic sports televisions, their ambitions and strategies in this dynamically expanding segment. In the diploma thesis, social networks are placed in the context of the use of their potential in the field of sports marketing and their historical development. The main part of the work is focused on defining the correct hypotheses on the basis of which quantitative research is carried out on the Facebook social network. The hypotheses are divided into three main thematic blocks, the quantity of published contributions of individual televisions, their format and thematic focus depending on the telecast of a prominent sporting event are examined in turn. In the next part, the collected data is subjected to analysis. They also aim to support interviews with important representatives of both Czech sports televisions, which are carried out for this work and which are available in the appendices of this thesis. Research on the satisfaction of fans of a selected football club

Title: Research on the satisfaction of fans of a selected football club Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the satisfaction and loyalty of the fans of the football club Sparta Prague, and then to divide the fans into segments according to age categories. The practical implication is then to find out what is important for these segments, so that the club can prevent their dissatisfaction, or to ensure their satisfaction. Methods: Quantitative research through a questionnaire was used to obtain relevant data. The survey took place electronically. Results: From the conducted research and its results, it appears that individual segments of the club have reserves in certain areas that can be used for improvement. Area called Nový rybník and the public opinion of citizens living in Příbram

Title: Areál Nový rybník a veřejné mínění obyvatel Příbrami Objectives: The aim of my diploma thesis is to use a public opinion research to find out the attitude of citizens living in Příbram for publicly discussed issues related to an Area called Nový rybník Methods: For this work, a qualitative research method was used - survey questioning. To find out the opinions of the citizens of Příbram, a questionnaire was compiled, which was distributed in online as well as in physical form. Results: On the basis of the conducted research, it was found that the perception of the area is generally viewed very positively by public and that the vast majority of the Příbram citizens visit the area at least once a year. The Příbram public has rather a negative attitude towards the entry of dogs into the area. A narrow majority of residents agree with the ban on drinking alcohol in the area. More than a half of Příbramans would have no problem paying the entrance fee to the complex. Food waste in households and retail store

This thesis deals with the issue of food waste in households and retail stores. It focuses on the causes of food waste, possibilities for reduction and ways of dealing with this waste. The work includes research at the level of households and retail establishments. The used methods are based on a quantitative approach, questionnaire surveys are carried out. The obtained results are compared with the results of international research as part of the evaluation of the research questions. At the end of the thesis, there are recommendations that could lead to a reduction of food waste in households and retail.
Management of employees in the selected company

The thesis deals with leadership in the company Ferospoj s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the management of employees in the selected company and to propose measures to improve this area. A questionnaire method and an interview with the head of the entire company are used to analyze the management. The quality of companies is based on the right choice of management style, thanks to which employees perform better. A questionnaire that employees completed in two periods was used for management analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of data from the first measurement, steps are proposed to change the leadership style, which lead to the development of the company. The second data measurement was used to identify the effectiveness of the change. Finally, the company's results for the period before and after were compared.
Consumer behaviour of consumers in the store

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the consumer buying behaviour in the store and to design changes in the spatial store layout. The first part of the thesis focuses on describing differences between consumer behaviour and consumer buying behaviour, approaches to the consumer behaviour and the factors, which influence it. An important part is also the purchasing decision-making process and the principles of space management. The second part of the thesis maps the current store layout and the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. Based on the results, the proposals for changes are made.

Annotation: This work focuses on the process of liquidation of a business corporation. The dissolution of a business corporation can be done with or without a legal successor. This topic is very extensive and has a legal basis mainly in Act No. 90/2012 Coll. and 125/2008 Coll., 89/2012 Coll. The aim of the diploma thesis is to clarify the issue of dissolution of a business corporation from the point of view of law, accounting and taxes. One of the other goals is to deal with the dissolution of a business corporation with and without a legal successor. Furthermore, selected work options for the dissolution of a business corporation are described in this work, and there are also statistics on dissolved business corporations. The research survey is conducted through a questionnaire survey, which complements the guided interview. The respondents to this research survey were selected business entities and representatives of business corporations. The evaluation of the research survey is supplemented by tables, which are followed by individual graphs.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the regional brand "TOULAVA regional product", associated with the Association of Regional Brands (ARZ). The regional brand certifies products and services and guarantees uniqueness, regional origin, quality and environmental friendliness. The aim of the work is to find out the consumer awareness of the brand, another important point is to find out the opinion of brand holders on the regional brand and its certification. Quantitative research, a method of a questionnaire survey in the region, was used to collect data. The practical part characterizes the Toulava region and the regional brand, and the results resulting from the research are evaluated here. At the end of the work are suggestions for improving brand awareness.

The bachelor thesis explores the regional brand "ŠUMAVA - original product" associated in the Association of Regional Brands (ARZ).The brand guarantees the quality, uniqueness of the region, the origin of the region and environmental friendliness. The brand certifies products, services and experiences. The aim of the thesis is to find out consumer awareness of the brand. Another aim of the thesis is to find out the opinion on the brand from the brand holders. The questionnaire survey is used by the method of Quantitative research. The practical part characterizes the Šumava region and the brand, then there are described the results resulting from quantitative research. The conclusion of the thesis shows propasals that serve to possibly improve brand awareness.
